2.2:- Clearing and Grubbing Road Land Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, buches, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth upto 300 mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking serviceable material etc........................ as per Technial Specification Clause 201.

3.14:-Construction of embankment with approved materials obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5 m, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5

3.8:- (I) Excavation for roadway in ordinary rock with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, transporting to embankment site with a lift upto 1.5 m and lead upto 1000 m, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross-sections as per Technical Specification Clause 302.3.5

3.14:-Construction of Subgrade and Earthen shoulderswith approved materials obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table 300.1 & 3002.2 with lead upto 1000m as per Technical specification clause 303.1

4.1:- Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotovator at OMC and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical specification clause 401

4.7:- 2) WBM Grading 2 Using stone screening Type-B 11.2 mm for Gr.II Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specificsizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 2 as per Technical Specification Clause 405. 4.7:- WBM. Gr.-3 : Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405. (A) By manual means

5.1:- Providing and applying primer coat with Bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.90- 1.2 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502.

Tack Coat ii) Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (CRS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.

5.9:- Providing, laying and rolling open-graded premix carpet of 20mm thickness composed of 13.2mm to 5.6mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or cut back or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a smooth wheeled roller 8-10 tonne capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of either Type-A or Type-B or Type-C as per technical specification clause 508. 5.12:- Providing and laying of Premix seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type A, Type B and Type C as per Technical Specification clause 510.

17.2:- Semi Dense-Bituminous-Concrete (Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average out put of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 to 5% of mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydraostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, lavel and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoST & H clause 508. complete in all respect.

10.16:- Providing and fixing of typical PMGSY informatory sign board with Logo as per MORD specifications and drawing etc. ……………………... as per drawing Clause 1701 and Annexure 1700.1

16.38:- Road Marking with Hot Applied Thermoplastic compound 2.5mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes and conforming to the MoSrt & H specifications (80% length of the Roads is considered)

10.20:- Providing and fixing of road stud 100 x 100 mm dia cast in aluminium, resistant to corrosive effect of salt and grit, fitted with lense reflectors, installed in concrete or asphaltic surface by drilling holes 30mm upto a depth of 600 mm and bedded in a suitable bituminous grout or epoxy mortar, all as BS:873 ( Part-4) 1973

16.60:- Planting of trees and their Maintenance for three year (Planting trees by the road side (Avenue trees) in 0.60m dia holes, 1 m deep dug in the ground, mixing the soil with decayed farm yard/ sludge mannure, planting the saplings, backfilling the trenches, watering, fixing the tree guard and maintaining the plants for three year
