Cement concrete mix (1:4:8) well mixed and laid in position complete including all leads of all construction materials including curing and finishing having well graded crusher broken stone aggregate of maximum size upto 40mm

R.R. stone Masonry (using R. R. stones where stones to be not less than 15 cm in size in any direction) for foundation including all leads of all construction materials including curing etc. complete in 1: 6 Cement Mortar.

50mm thick Cement concrete (1:2:4) M-15 well mixed and laid in position complete including all leads of all construction materials including curing and finishing having well graded crusher broken stone aggregate of maximum size upto 20mm,

25 mm thick cement plaster on wall with 1:4 ratio with joint scraping and regular leveling for 14 days.

Flush or ruled pointing on stone masonry including racking of joints and curing etc. complete including all leads of all construction materials in mortar ratio

Lintel supply of stone and fixing in mortar used in masonary. 75 to 100 mm thickness.

P/L stone slabs, filling with cement in 1:4 ratio with top and bottom joints with stone chips, 2.4 m. from 3.0m span

Pouring the excavated soil/sand into the foundation and plinth at a distance of 50 metres (lead), levelling it, pouring water and tamping it with a mortar.
