Eligibility Criteria

Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.

The successful bidder shall furnish within 3 days from issue of letter of intent before entering into Agreement (1) Copy of Income Tax returns filed mentioning PAN and TAN for the financial year 2024-25 (Assessment year 2025-26) and (2) Latest Copy of G.S.T Clearance Certificate issued as at the end of at least 2 quarters prior to the date of entering into agreement, failing which the EMD amount will be forfeited and the tender will be rejected and the bidder shall be liable for subsequent penal action including black listing.

The amount put to tender is exclusive of GST and the tenderer should quote excluding GST.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

During the time of technical evaluation, if the employer finds the any certificates/information furnished is false, such bidders will be disqualified and barred from participation in the bid.

If any bidder fails to satisfy the conditions such bids shall be rejected.

Security deposit FOR KW-1 WORKS Within 20 days of receipt of the Letter of Acceptance, the successful Tenderer shall deliver to the Employer a Security deposit in any of the forms given below for an amount equivalent to 5% of the Contract price plus additional Security (for unbalanced tenders) in accordance.

For SC/ST/CAT-I/CAT-II(A) Contractors, Security deposit for an amount equivalent to 5% of the contract price shall be deducted in every running bill. However in case of first and Final bill the entire security deposit will be deducted from the the final bill. Bankers cheque/Demand draft,/Pay Order in favour of Executive Engineer, KBJNL.IBC.DIVN.NO.1 KEMBHAVI Payable at. SHORAPUR or Specified Small Savings Instruments pledged to Executive EngineerKBJNL,IBC.DIVN. NO.1 KEMBHAVI

If any of the dates mentioned above happened to be a general holiday, the next working day holds good.
