Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings,dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for brick work with sub class B bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Description as per srl item No 2 here-in-before but except bricks.

S & F (PVC (SWR) pipe 110 mm bore single socketed in any length with rubble ring joints as in weep holes all as directed by Engr -in-Charge.

Taking down old cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc

M&L for 15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick / concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement.

M & L for 15 mm thick rendering on fair faces or brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 surface finished even and smooth (with out using extra cement)

M&L applying two coats of cement based paint incl preparation of new plastered surface complete all as specified.

Preparation of old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls, conices etc by brooming down, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and treating oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of cement base paint all as specified.

Preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coat of oil bound distemper on new surfaces of wall complete all as specified.

M&L preparing of old surfaces as on wall one coat of oil bound distemper all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description not other wise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint,desigen and pattern as approved by engineer in charge complete all as specified.

Taking down chowkat or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) n.exc 1.5 sqm each complete all as specified.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed base laid 20 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing, polishing and dismantling the exisiting surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab 20-25 mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over and including screed 10mm thick in CM 1:3 and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing, polishing and dismantling the existing surface complete all as specified.
