Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including quoins, arches, pillers etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L brick work in cement mortar (1:6) using sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L brick work in cement mortar (1:4) using sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved in plain exc 6 mtr mean radius in half brick th wall complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15 cm thick below or above ground level (unreinforced) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Cement concrete Type B-2,1:2:4 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, mounds, mitred/stopped end etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 using 12.50mm graded stone aggregate as in copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs not provided for in Item 04028, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded for chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dewatering/desilting of area drainage system etc cleaning of all sludge,silt residue of both organic and inorganice nature by manual labour or mechnical scrappers etc and disposal of the same out side the defence land incl taking down the drain cover and after cleaning / desilting the same to be fixed on the drain, dumping the material to any depth complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick/concrete surface including racking out joints heacking for key scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 15 mm thick cement mortar plaster on brick or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth surface without using extra cement on wall of open drains in foul conditions complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces on wall and appliying two coats of cement base paint white or tinted complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced ) of any description in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15 cm thick (below or above the ground level) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 20mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of mortor 1:6 for laying floor finish complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F ultra design cement concrete coloured tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick with glossy finish with grey cement and pigment any pattern and any approved colour, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in sub base complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismentling paver blocks in any position and of any description complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- Old unserviceable paver block shall be deposited by the contractor in MES store yard and taken in charge.

S&F providing 60 mm thick mahine pressed precast concreted interlocking paver block (yellow and red) any shape and size confirming to IS-15658-2006, M-35 grade with grey cement and pigment over 30 mm sand coushning complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removal of excavated surplus soil to a distance exc 1.50 metre where directed by Engineer-in-Charge at a level not exc 5 km above or below the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs SFRC manhole cover size 1500mm x 500mm x 70mm thick with frame set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Notes: - (i) Make of SFRC Manhole/drain cover and frame : (a) M/s PS Concrete. (b) M/s KK Manhole.(c) Or equivalent as approved by GE” (ii) Contractor will provide manufactuerer test certificate of SFRC cover & frame

Dismantling of post or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section, including taking out embedded portion in concrete and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of fencing wire mesh, any type and any description complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F galvanized, 2 strand, steel barbed wire, 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Each line of wire shall be measured and paid under this item and the rate quoted by the tenderer are deemed to be included for the same.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n.exc 0.50 cum gettign out returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers n.exc 25 cm watering and removing surplus soil n.exc 50m and making good the surface in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L cement concrete in foundation type C 2, 1:3:6 ( 40 mm gde stone aggregate) as in filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh size and type and type of standards, rails, straining bolts etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only MS galvanished chain link fencing with 3 mm dia and mesh size 50 mm x 50 mm including line wires including strain bolts, binding wire etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal head at one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends each screwed and to be fitted with washers and with hexagonal nut of exc 5 cm length with dia of shank 11 to 15 mm etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F mild steel work such as in fencing post, tie bars etc including embedding into concrete and making holes for screwing of nut, bolts, cutting top to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc confirming Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide on steel surfaces exc 10 cm width or girth etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F round bars 10mm dia (Fe 410 W gde E 250) and over, cut to length, bent to shape required,including binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Note:- The contract sum shall be after deducting the amount of Credit shown in Credit Schedule of this Tender.
