Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) in soft/ loose soil each not exc. 0.50 cum including getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exceeding 25cm each including watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m and making good surface complete all as specified & directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m in depth for foundation etc and getting out in hard/ dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Surface excavation not exceeding 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft and loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm in any type of soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for RCC M-25 (Design Mix) using 20mm graded aggregate as in foundation including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinths, bases for columns etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour RCC M-25 (Design Mix) using 20mm graded aggregate as in columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of formwork to flat sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams etc for rough finished surface of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions for rough finish surface of concrete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for mild steel TMT bars 6mm to 8mm dia cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for stirrups and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using graded stone aggregate as in coping complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces etc complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fitting (Exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing using Fe-290 (Gde E-165) steel sections complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing 1.25mm thick plain black sheeting in steel gates and similar works cut to size and welded to steel including bending or turing up, mitred angles etc as required complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide including preparation of new steel surfaces exceeding 10cm girth complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surfaces and applying of two coats of Black bituminous paint over a coat of red oxide complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 5mm thick on fair faces, concrete surface in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying two coats of cement base paint on new surface including preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using graded stone aggregate as in filling in post holes, foundation, surface channels, drains and other similar work complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for mild steel angle iron posts and struts in fencing including necessary cutting tops to shapes as directed, drilling, welding etc and bending to swan neck shape as required and drilling holes, notching for wire etc conforming to Fe-410-0 or 310-0 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia with 2mm barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to posts of any type including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of GI wire staples or steel pins etc complete all as specified and directed. Note : Each line wire shall be measured.

Material and labour for concertina coil of 800mm dia fixed on vertical double horn fencing complete all as specified and directed

Supply only chain link fencing any mesh and size as directed complete all as specified.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standard, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing MS bars 10mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape including cranking bending spot welded to flat iron on each post except end one where rod is hooked as shown in drgs etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing mild steel screw bolts (machine made) 16 to 20mm dia with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut exc 5cm long but n.exc 10cm long complete all as specified and directed.

All as per srl item No. 28.00 above but 10mm dia of bolt and length n.exc 5cm long complete all as specified and directed
