Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor, etc., up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing :

1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources: 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement :

1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for all heights:

Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level.

Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500 D or more.

Smooth finishing of the exposed surface of R.C.C. work with 6 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 Cement : 3 fine sand)

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete. .

Providing and fixing bolts including nuts and washers complete.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade :

New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm).

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :

Two or more coats on new work.

Extra for galvanising (of thickness not less than 120 microns) on M.S angles , flats, gussets plates, bolts, nuts and other fasteners.

Providing and fixing anchor fasteners (expansion fasteners) of approved quality including drilling holes in RCC and fixing complete

b) 12 mm dia and 100mmm length

Providing and supplying heavy duty injection adhesive for fixing threaded bolts in wet/dry conditions HILTI RE500 for dia upto 40mm of HILTI India Pvt. Ltd. The system to be made of two foils consisting of resin and hardener foil pack. The system can be used for fixing threaded bolts viz HAS-E-M8 to 39 rods. The cost inclusive of material, epoxy fasteners, drilling holes in concrete etc., complete as directed by Engineer-In Charge.

16mm dia epoxy based anchor fasteners

Drilling holes of 16mm dia in RCC slab/beam upto a depth 120 mm and embedding 12mm dia TMT bars of grade Fe 500D in the hole including grouting the hole with FOSROCK LOKFIX chemical or approved equivalent to anchor reinforcement excluding the cost of reinforcement as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. ( the work shall be carried out as per manufactures specification through the Applicator approved by the manufacturer)

Erection of 3X9.00m structural steel poles with all its necessary components like bracings at 6.00 & 9.00 m level, and fixing with bolts, nuts, plain and spring washers. etc. all complete as per direction of the Engineer -in-charge (NOTE: Rate includes cost of all operations involved in hoisting and erection of poles including hire and labour charges , plants and machineries all insurance, safety measures , all incidental charges etc. all complete ) Poles material shall be supplied by department at site at no cost. weight about 1.0 MT)

a)3X9.00 m poles

Dismantling/dismembering of 3x9.00 m poles including support/bracing angles, base plates and horizontal & vertical gantry, bolts, nuts, washers etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer in charge. ( Note: Rate includes cost of all operations involved in dismantling, dismembering, stacking and carriage of tower material from second floor terrace level to ground floor including hire and labour charges of tools, plants and machineries, insurance, safety provision all complete as per directions of Engineer in charge.

a)3X9.00 m poles

Transportation of 3x9.00M structural steel poles materials, & gantry materials, through Private Carrier from Christian colony to Addakal site including shifting material from G+1 terrace to GF, loading , unloading and lifting material from GF to (G+3) terrace at new site and stacking in good condition etc. complete as directed by Engineer-In-Charge ( Lead Of 15.0 Km)
