M&L for cement plastering 10 mm thick in cemet mortar 1:6 on brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement, including taking down old plaster complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for cement plastering 5 mm thick in cemet mortar 1:3 as on cellings or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement, including taking down old plaster complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for cement plastering 15 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 mixed with integral water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions on brick work or concrete surfaces or in chajjas/ parapet walls etc finished even and smooth with using extra cement including taking down old plaster complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:WPC will be measured and paid separately.

Supply only integral water proofing-compound complete all as specified & as directed-by Engineer-in-Charge.

Complete removal of existing treatment by mechanical means/grinder completeof any type/ description such as cement base paint. External emulsion etc from external surfaces of walls/ RCC surfaces/ soffits of chajjas/ roof projections/ cantilevers/ balcony etc with complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Applying acrylic wall care putty 2mm thickness in external walls/ RCC surfaces/ soffits of chajjas/ roof projections/ cantilevers/ balcony.- etc -(thickness vary - as required for - desired smoothness and levelling of surfaces in two or more layers) by using ready made wall care putty including sand papering after filling the putty to make surface smooth and ready for receiving exterior painting complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make of wall Putty : JK wall Putty/ Birla Wall care Putty/ Bison Wall Putty. Notes: (i) The prepared surface after wall putty, the contractor will inform to the GE.as well.as to the Engineer-in Charge for site inspection before applying further external finishes. Please note that the further external finishes work will start only after approval of the prepared surface from the GE as well as to the Engineer in-Charge through site order.

Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion exterior paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. M & L for preparing existing treated surfaces of external walls/ RCC surfaces/soffits of chajjas/roof projections/ cantilevers/balcony etc including cornices and applying 01 coat of exterior emulsion paint @ sqm/litre/1 coat by using roller-to external walls/RCC surfaces/soffits of chajjas/roof projections/ cantilevers/balcony etc surfaces of exterior emulsion by using following brands of emulsion complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make of Exterior Emulsion:-Asian (APEX) / Berger (WEATHER COAT ANTI DUST) / Nerolac (EXCEL TOTAL).

M & L for preparing new palstered surfaces of external walls/RCC- surfaces/soffits of.chajjas/roof projections/cantilevers/ balcony etc including cornices and applying two coats of cement base paint @ 5 sqm/kg/1 coat over a coat of cement base primer by using following brands of cement based" paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make of Cement Paint : Snowcem Plus (Snowcem Paints).

M & L for preparing existing treated surfaces of external walls /RCC surfaces/soffits of chajjas/roof projections/ cantilevers/ balcony etc including cornices and applying one coat of cement base paint @ 5 sq.m/kg/1 coat by using following brands o f cement based paint complete all as specified & as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make of Cement Paint: Snowcem Plus (Snowcem Paints) Note for Item Nos. 1.01 to 1.10 : The cost for steel tubular double scaffolding necessary for execution of work and protective measures for height more than height of double storey building as directed by Engineer-in-Charge shall be included in the quoted rate against the respective item and nothing shall be admisible for this.
