Attending day to day complaints of Plumbing work of any type such as repairs of taps/cocks, showers, towel rail/rings, flush tank, pipe lines, fixing of new taps/cocks, showers, towel rail/rings, flush tank, water tanks, pipe lines, and all plumbing works complaints received and ordered by Engineer-in-charge. The plumber should have necessary equipment/tools incl ladder as required or applicable for 01 No of plumber for 08 hrs working complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note :- Each Job shall contain 8hrs working of plumber per day attending various complaints of plumbing received by the office / Armaan each day)

Attending day to day complaints of Carpenter work of any type such as repairs to doors, windows, ventilators, cupboards, shelve etc and fixing of doors, windows, ventilators, cupboards, shelve etc, fixing of fittings of doors, windows, ventilators, cupboards, shelve etc and all carpenter works / complaints received and ordered by Engineer-in-charge. The carpenter should have necessary equipment/ tools including ladder as required or applicable for 01 Nos of carpenter for 08 hrs working complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge . (Note :- Each Job shall contain 8hrs working of carpenter per day attending various complaints recieved by the office/ Armaan each day)

M&L for Brickwork with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM 1:6 incl demolition of brick work or stone boulder masonary built in cement or cement lime mortar of any description complete all as specifed and as directed.

M&L form Brickwork with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls, built in 1:4 incl demolition of brick work or stone boulder masonary built in cement or cement lime mortar of any description complete all as specifed and as directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete block masonry exceeding 10cm in width with solid blocks of PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20 mm graded aggregate and setting in CM 1:6 including demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars etc..

Taking down cement plaster and M&L for 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:6 to be finished even and smooth (without using extra lime or cement) complete all as specifed and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:6 to be finished even and smooth (without using extra lime or cement) complete all as specifed and as directed.

M&L for prepration of newly plastered wall surface and applying two coat of cement based paint over and including a coat of chalk whiting complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for prepration of newly plastered wall surface and applying two coat of distemper oilemulsion over and including 2 mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for prepration of newly plastered wall surface and applying two coat of weather proof exterior emulsion paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.
