Charges for complete overhauling of 150 KW motor which involves shifting of 150 KW motor from RWPH to repair bay, dismantling, cleaning of the stator coils, checking the tightness of the stator wedges, fabrication of new bearing sleeve suitable to size to fix on the machined NDE & DE cover, metal filling the NDE & DE cover, machining to required dimension, fixing of new sleeve on the NDE & DE cover and positioning, aligning to accommodate NDE & DE bearing, replacement of both DE and NDE bearings and fabrication of terminal cover, copper terminal flat, Hylem sheet for support insulation including assembling and cost of bearings, Hire charges for T&P and cost of consumables.
Charges for rewinding of 150 KW motor which involves shifting of 150 KW motor from RWPH to Repair bay, rewinding of motor including dismantling, cleaning, winding of the stator coils, applying one coat of insulating varnish, including silicon take of leads, fabrication of new bearing sleeve suitable to size to fix on the machined NDE & DE cover, metal filling the NDE & DE cover, machining to required dimension, fixing of new sleeve on the NDE & DE cover and positioning. Aligning to accommodate NDE & DE bearing, replacement of both DE and NDE bearings and fabrication of Terminal cover, copper terminal flat, Hylem sheet for support insulation including assembling and cost of bearings, Hire charges for T&P, cost of consumables and transportation charges with less cost of copper wire. (Retrieved copper will be retained by the contractor).
