Dismantling of wrought or mild steel work of any description such as in ladder work, bracing/supporting agle iron, roof top MS sheets, railings etc.

Taking up or down Steel Tubing (Rising Mains, Drain Pipes) 65 mm bore (dia) and Connections/ Fittings of any description from any Situations, Serviceable Pipes for reuse & removing unserviceable pipe complete all as specified & as directed.

Supply, Installation & Commissioning of GRP/SMC (Sheet Moulding Compounds) Panel Tank of Size 5.00x4.00x2.00 mtr of capacity 40 KL confirming to : IS 14399 (Part 1& 2) : 1996 & IS 4249 : 1967 complete all as specified and as directed. Note : This Job work will include the following works/specifications :- (a) Roof Panels of 1 x 1 mtr, Side panels of 0.5 x 1.0 mtr/ 1 x 1 mtr & Bottom Panels of convex shape of required size of 1 x 1 mtr. (b) Drain Panel of 1 x 1 mtr at bottom for complete drain of water. (c) Manhole dia 700 mm lockable lid of hot pressed moulded made out of SMC. (d) Non- Toxic PVC foam sealant gasket sealant tape : 3 mm thich with high level of resistance to ageing and superior recovery from compression. (e) Fasterners for the panel joints of 8.8 grade steel HDG Bolts nuts M12 x 40 mm. (f) Internal roof supports should be of FRP/GRP 5 mm thick hollow square section. (g) Air vent dia 100 mm with mosquito proof mesh insect proof. (h) Internal FRP ladder with wall mounting arrangement inside. (j) External GI ladder with complete fixing arrangement outside. (k) Complete fixing of Inlet/ Outlet/ Overflow/ drain should be of GI Flange type with 9" long Nipple or suitable for existing GI/PP-R fitting.

S & F hot rolled medium and high tensile structural steel of grade E 250 quality C conforming to IS 2062: 2011 as in plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, with riveted, bolted or welded attachment complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F hot rolled low tensile structural steel of grade E165 as per IS 15911: 2010 as in hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embedding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar works complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of newly or previously untreated steel surface of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge
