Providing,Operating and Maintaining of five (05) number of Diesel driven Covered vehicle registered as TAXI and year of manufacturing not earlier than 2019/2020 under the jurisdiction of Barauni Kanpur Pipeline in Group A BKPL Barauni HQ (02Vehicles)

Services for 2 nos. of two- wheel driven vehicle ( Mahindra Bolero B6 or equivalent) hiring with minimum 07 seater; model not earlier than year 2020, REGISTERED as TAXI) maintaining cabin temperature at 23 degree celsius, dust free condition with deluxe cushioned seats and back rest, glass windows, strap holds etc inclusive of all taxes (except GST), insurances, cost of obtaining fitness certificates, cost of fuel, lubricant, spares, etc. for smooth running and on aggregate for free run of 2500 KM per month per vehicle as per instruction of EIC/ Site Engineer. Note: Hiring charge to be quoted is exclsuive of wage payment to be made to driver.

Operating Charges for every KM over & above 40,000 KM including cost of fuel, lubricants, wages etc. as above. (if executed)

Wages of driver to be paid monthly. Wage is including PF, Bonus, ESI and excluding profit of contractor.

Toll tax charges: will be reimbursed on submission of actual receipts along with monthly bill

Night Halt charges during outstations: Quantity is only on anticipatory basis, payment will be made on actual basis if the vehicle is deployed to perform duty outside Barauni station
