(ii) The cleaning, servicing, oiling and lubricating of fans has to be carried at site itself and to be completed withing one hour unless re-winding is required. (iii) The cost of transportation from site of work to workshop and back for rewinding is deemed to be included in the unit quoted rate, (iv) Rewinding shall be carried out in contractor's workshop and fan shall be re-fixed at site withing 10 days after taking down from site. Any delay after 10 days shall be panalised @ Rs. 100.00 per day for a maximum of 10 days).

Submersible cable, safety rope etc from the existing Borewell by emplying chain pulley block etc, dismantling column pipes by opeining nuts, bolts, pump & motor etc, seggregating & stacking of serviceable column pipes & other materials and keep in safe custody for re-use and carry out necesssary repair works under the respective items here-in-below and Re-Lowering down of Submersible Pump and Motor assembly upto 12.5 HP capacity after repair alongwith complete Column pipes, Submersible cable, safety rope in the existing Borewell by emplying chain pulley block etc, and T & P, testing on completion complete all as specified and diretced.

M & L for removing submersible pump and motor assembly 12.5 HP capapcity to AGE E/M Store yard, Opening/dismantling and checking in presence of Engr-in-Charge to ascertain the quantum of defects and repair works involves, cleaning of cover and parts as required, transportation of defective submersible pump and motor assembly to nearest workshop for repairs, repairing and replacement of unserviceable parts and re-assembling submersible pump and motor assembly after repair and servicing and transporting repaired submersible pump motor assembly back to work site complete all as specified and diretced. (Note: (a) Spare Parts required to be replace will be measured and paid as "Supply only" under relevent items and the cost of labour element involved for replacement of parts shall demmed to be included in the unit quoted rate. (b) Any Minor repairs involved to make the submersible pump and motor assembly functional, even if not notified by the Engr-in-Charge, the same shall be carry out by the contractor without any extra cost to the Department. M & L for Preparation of old painted steel internal surfaces of Pressed steel water storage tank of any capacity at a height of 15m staging including all connected accessories like GI pipes, valves and other fittings etc by removing rust etc from the surfaces by rubbing with wire brush etc and applying two coat of black bitumenous paint (For drinking purpose) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Preparation of old painted steel external surfaces of Pressed steel water storage tank of any capacity at a height of 15m staging including all connected accessories like steel staging, GI pipes, valves and other fittings etc after complete removal of existing paints from the surfaces by scrapping with wire brush etc and applying two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of aluminium red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and filling of new life MnO2 compound including filler after taking out (unloading) the old catalyst from oxidation chamber with proper care complete and cleaning of pipes, butterfly valve etc of any capacity, flow, height after opening the manhole cover, disconnection and including removing the waste materials upto 50m away from site of, spreading, levelling complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.
