Supply of 4C X 35 Sq. mm. XLPE insulated PVC sheathed Aluminium conductor armoured power cable of 1.1 KV grade conforming to IS-7098 Part-I as amended upto date as required.

Supply and Laying of 100 mm dia 'B' Class GI Pipe in road crossing i/c machine cutting by groove cutting machine on bitumen / concrete surface of suitable size, chipping the slot with hammering machine, jointing of pipes by couplers (including supply also) and filling the gaps with bitumen / cement concrete and making good the surface matching with original finish etc., as required

Supplying and Laying of 40mm dia HDPE pipe of PE 63 PN 6 ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc., conforming to IS 4984 complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc., direct in ground at a depth of 0.75m below the ground level i/c excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., as required.

Supplying and Laying of 40mm dia HDPE pipe of PE 63 PN 6 ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend etc., conforming to IS 4984 complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. direct in ground in the existing trench as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1KV grade of size up-to 35 Sq. mm. in the existing RCC/ HUME/METAL pipe as required.

Retrieval of existing 1.1 KV grade LT UG cable of size upto 35 Sq.mm laid directly in ground including excavation of earth, sand and re-laying the same cable direct in ground with sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the same etc. as required.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for 4C X 35 Sq. mm. size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

Providing and fixing 25x5 mm GI Strip in 40 mm. dia. G.I. Pipe from earth electrode including brass nut, bolt, spring washer, excavation and refilling etc., as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal / coke and salt as required.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) to make platform and plastering around the installed Feeder pillars and Earth pits including form work etc. as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge as required.

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Double Door Type MV Switch Board suitable for Outdoor Operation made out of 3mm thick CRCA Sheet Steel for outer Shell and 2mm thick CRCA Sheet for inner partition, dust tight, vermin proof, totally enclosed, cubicle type, floor mounting, free standing suitable for operation at 433 V, 3 Phase, 4 Wire, 50 Hz AC System complete with all accessories, earthing, painting, provided with bottom base channel and locking arrangements including excavation for foundation, providing RCC foundation, suitable masonary pedestal up to 30 cm height, fixing of panel etc., complete as required and comprising of the following: a) Two Nos. of 63 A, 4P MCCB with TM Releases with ROM as INCOMERS, ON/OFF/TRIP Indication Lamps and Phase Indication Lamps including providing and fixing Mechanical Castle Inter-Locks (Two Locks with a Key) and Three Phase Digital Energy Meters as required. b) Three Nos. of 40A, Two Pole MCBs as Outgoing including providing and fixing Interconnecting Wires of 10 sq. mm. Copper wire with Terminal Connectors for Outgoing side etc., as required. c) 100 A Bus Bars with Neutral At Par including providing and fixing all necessary protection fuses, MCBs etc., as required.
