Earth work excavation in all classes of Soils and Sub soils and to full depth as may be directed except in rock requiring blasting inclusive of shoring shuttering , bailing out water wherever necessary and depositing the surplus earth within the compound in places shown by the Departmental officerswith an initial lead of 10mts and initial lift of 2mts and clearing and levelling the site etc, complete complying with standard specification.

Cement Concrete of mix 1 : 4 : 8 (One Cement four sand eight aggregates) using 40mm gauge hard broken including cost conveyance of all materials to site including formwork and centering labour charges, transporting and placing in position including shoring, strutting, forming protective bunds, cofferdams bailing out of water labour for mixing compacting, finishing and curing, working at depths, tools and plants and incidental charges such as sheeting, shoring and bracing and their subsequent removal etc., complete as per standard specification.

Supplying and Filling of well Gravel from approved quarry in Layer of not more than 15cm thick including watering with all layers and consolidation complying with standard specification including cost and conveyance of material to site and all labour charges and all other incidential charges etc., complete as per Standard Specification.

Supplying and errecting steel centering including necessary supports for plain surfaces for Reinforced Cement Concrete works such as Coloumn footing,Coloumn pedestals,plith beams, grade beams,staircase steps,etc which requires only nominal strutting using mild steel sheetsof size 90mm x60mm and 10Bg stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm for boarding, laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.5cm spaced at about 75cm centre to centre or at suitable intervels etc complete in all floors Complying with standard Specification without Strutting. R.C.C. 1 : 11/2 : 3 (One Cement one point five sand three aggregates) using 20mm gauge hard Granite broken stone jelly including cost of curing, etc., complete as per standard specification and as directed by Engineer incharge. (Up to Basement)

Special Plastering in C.M. 1 : 3 ( One cement, three sand) to 10 mm thick including all cost and conveyance of all materials to site including cost of cement which will be purchared locally by the contractor and conveyance of the same to the actual work site and cost form work including watering curing and all leads of good potable water and all other.

Weathering Coarse with concrete broken brick jelly concrete on 20mm. Gauge in pure slaked shell lime (no sand to be used) over roof slab be proportion of brick jelly to being 32cft 12.5 cft. Well beaten with wooden beaters giving the required shape and thickness as directed by the Departmental Officers.

Finishing the top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles 20 C.m x 20 C.m x 2 C.m size using cement mortor 1:3 mix mixed with 2% by weight of Crude Oil and pointing with Cement Mortor 1:3 mix Cost of all materials and labour charges 10m2.

Finishing the floor with Ceramic Tiles of size 300 x 300 x 6 mm of approved quality as Instructed by the Engineer incharge and set in Cement mortor 1:3 (1 of cement 3 of sand) 20mm thick using river sand including all cost of labour and all cost of materials etc Complete complying with standard Specifications.

Plastering in C.M. 1 : 5 (one cement five sand)to 12 mm thick including all cost and conveyance of all materials to site including cost of cement which will be purchared locally by the contractor and conveyance of the same to the actual work site and cost form work including watering curing and all leads of good potable water and all other.

Supplying and Painting the walls with Two Coats Weather sealed Exterior emulsion Paint as instructed by the departmrntal officers including Preparation of surface curing, etc complete in all floorscomplying with standard specification. ( The Colour and shade of the paint shall be got approved by the departmental officers.)

Placing and Fixing of Window with Grill including all cost of material and Labour including all incidental charges etc., complete complying with standard Specifications.

Supplying and Fixing of Push and Pull type Rolling Shutter confirming to IS 6248/1979 and as amended from time to time. With ISI make of approved size and section using 18 gauge G.I.sheet. The Shutter shall be painted with one coat of red oxide primer and the rate is inclusive of hood covers, transportation charges etc., and as directed by Engineer incharge.

Painting the new iron works such as steel doors, Windows,Ventilators windows bars,balustrades etc, in all floor with two coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint of approved quality, colour and brand (to be approved by executive engineer before use on works ) over one the existing red oxide priming coat in all floors excluding cost of priming coat etc, complete complying with Standard Specification. ( The Make, Quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the engineer in charge before use on works )

Supplying and Fixing in position best approved of BIS quality P.V.C Rain Water down fall pipe having a pressure of 4Kg / Sq.cm including cost of necessary PVC shoe,PVC bend, cast iron gratings of required diameter and special clamps, brass screws, nails etc, and fixing of cast iron gratings at junction of parapet and the RCC roof slab including finishing neatly etc, complete. The rate shall be inclusive of cast of removable cast iron grating. The PVc pipe shall be fixed in wall with special type of "U" clamp at the centre of the pipe line in addition to those for more than 3.00mt pipe length etc, Complete Complying with Standard Specifications.
