Planning, Designing, and Construction on EPC Basis of RCC framed structure buildings such as Ayush Hospital Building (G+2). of Construction of 50 Bedded AYUSH Hospital At Baksa" with support services & allied facilities by incorporating stipulated specifications including handing over complete as per scope of work and directions of Engineer-in-charge by incoprating stipulated specification and adopting NBC-2016 norms & IS Codes and guidelines complete in all respect. Note :- Plinth Area shall be measured for the actual constructed. (As per PAR 2021, Annexure-II, Sl-3 of CPWD)

Planning, Designing and construction on EPC Basis of Civil External development works : Site Clearance, Earth work & Leveling (cutting & filling), Internal Road Work, External Sewerage Drain, Deeptube Well , Over Head Tank, Septic tank with soak pit, Civil External Service connection, etc. as per requirement with support services & allied facilities by incorporating stipulated specifications including handing over complete as per scope of work and directions of Engineer-in-charge by incoprating stipulated specification and adopting NBC-2016 norms & IS Codes and guidelines complete in all respect.

Planning, Designing and Construction on EPC Basis of INFRASTRUCTURE & EXTERNAL DEVELOPMENT – Electrical Works such as Electrical sub station , HT & LT Panel, Over Head HT & LT line/cabling, Electrical External Service connection/Load Security Payment, Service Connection from local agency as per reuirement with support services & allied facilities by incorporating stipulated specifications including handing over complete as per scope of work and directions of Engineer-in-charge by incoprating stipulated specification and adopting NBC-2016 norms & IS Codes and guidelines complete in all respect.
