Excavation in trenches 1.5 Mtr wide and not exc 1.5 Mtr deep in hard/dense soil getting out and levelling of bottom surface to required level for laying UG cable/errection of poles complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches 1.5 Mtr wide and not exc 1.5 Mtr deep getting out in soft / disintegrated rock and levelling of bottom surface to required level complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches by cutting of road crossing/PCC hard standing, under boundary wall for laying of pipe/cable including making good the existing surface with same finish to match the original finish complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material of soils from site to a distance not exc 50 mtr away and depositing where directed not exc 1.5mtr from the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old unserviceable LT UG cable from any description (trenches, walls, ceilings., etc) from various locations, supply and Laying under ground LT Cable XLPE insulated heavy duty armoured sheathed 1100 volts grade of cross sectional area 16 Sq mm, 4 core, with aluminium conductor, ISI marked as per IS : 7098(Part-I) along with suitable size aluminium cable lugs, gland if required and jointed in any description complete all as specified and as directed. Note item No 01 to 02:- (a) Excavation, Concrete cable protection cover, cable protection pipe, PCC work for road crossing / hard standing and Sand for cushioning will be measured and paid separately. (b) Cost of glands, aluminium cable lugs (eye lid / barrel / bottle neck type / ring type or any shape), new nut, bolt and washers of required size / description are deemed to include in this rate.

Supply and fixing in repairs LED solar Gate light of capacity 4 Watt of dimension Lx 300 mm, Wx 300 mm, H x 235 mm and complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs LED post top made in die-cast aluminium housing with decorative clear opal acrylic diffuser with white powder coated aluminium reflector IP-65 protection of 40 watts capacity and including connections service wire with 3 run of 2.5 Sq mm aluminium unsheathed multistranded wire complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix or laying in trenches / on wall / poles / structures as in repairs GI tubing light grade for road crossing / for cable protection / fixing of pigmi lights/ gate light etc, of sizes 50 sqmm including necessary provision for cable entry if reqd in pigmi lights pole, fixing screws complete as required complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out the existing unserviceable MCCB from any description supply and fix MCCB 4 pole 415 volts with adjutable type 125 to160 Amps with breaking capacity 25 KA complete including necessary connection with suitable size aluminum/copper cable lugs complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs cable junction boxes IP 66 protected “halogen free and weather proof” suitable for out door type (with metric knockouts for cable entry) of size 139 x 119 x 70 mm incl necessary suitable size new aluminium busbar single phase with neutral system mounted on saddles - 02 Nos of suitable length and thickness, provn of aluminium cable lugs for incoming & out going LT cable connections with junction box fixing clamps made up of MS flat, nut and bolt on poles complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Analogue type timer switch (Daily time switch) including power contactor 25 Amps, three phase, 415 volts and MCB TPN 32 Amps 10 KA 'C' series with arrangement of auto/mannual control switch duly prewired and bypass arrangement and including sheet metal enclosure of 2 mm thick CRCA sheet of adequate size with powder coated for enclosing the time switch with necessary fixing arrangements on PCC pole/wall surface by providing MS flat iron clamps 32 x 6mm and nuts, bolts, washers etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix cable junction boxes IP 68 protected “halogen free and weather proof” suitable for out door type (with metric knockouts for 3 way cable entry) of incl necessary provision for mounting of MCB TPN 32 Amps for incoming and outgoing cable including aluminum lugs, nut, bolts etc and mounting on 40mm x 40mm x 6mm angle iron frame with minimum legs height of 70 CM, complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i) Rate of MCB TPN is mesured and paid sepratly under relivent items of sch A Sr No 19. (ii) Rate of Angle iron frame for fixing of junction box is included in the quoted rate. (iii) Cost of civil work for grouting of angle Iron frame is including in the Quoted rate.
