Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick walls or concrete surfaces upto 15 metre height including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc., including removal of rubbish etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces upto 15 metre height in cement mortar 1:4, including finishing the surfeces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Rendering 10 mm thick on concrete surfaces up to 15 metre height as in Chajja/ mumty in cement mortar 1:3, including finishing the surfaces fair and even without using extra cement including necessary scafolding work, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound, ISI marked, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Repair to RCC sunshades, chajjas, balconies, columns, bands, beams and similar RCC work at any position up to 15 meter height by dismantling loose/ disintegrated portion including necessary scaffolding and safety arrangements including chicken wire mesh of size 12.5 mm x 1 mm securing with clips/ chicken wire mesh wherever required and dubbing out with cement concrete 1:1.5:3, 15 mm to 50 mm thick, using 6 to 12 mm graded stone aggregate to make up and finished the required shape including provision of necessary scaffolding and formwork up to four storey building, if required and finished with 5 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

SMART PERIODICAL

Complete removal of existing treatment by scrapping of walls, chajjas, ceilings, fins, facias etc. using using mechanical means like mechanical sander etc. with internal dust extraction system including expose sound substrata for further surface preparation prior to painting work all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for widening of cracks from wall/ ceiling surfaces in V Groove upto 5 mm deep by using scrapper blade or angle cutter and filling the crack by applying a layer of grainy texture acrylic crack filler paste or similar material complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying waterproof wall putty (cement-based putty) in two coats over prepared plastered surface or newly plastered surfaces to achieve smooth, even finished surface including removing all loose particles after application of putty by scraping, sanding and/or pressure water cleaning as required, followed by washing with clean water to remove dust and dirt, ensuring a clean and sound surface ready for application of other treatment all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for applying one coat of exterior primer for exceptional whiteness and opacity and strong adhesion with the top coat complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
