Replacement of existing Sluice Valves by way of providing, fixing, installation and commissioning of various dias D.I sluice valves Kirlosker make (PN1.6) including providing and fixing of flanges comprising to relevant ISI specifications. The job includes all accessories i.e washers, nuts & bolts, lead, spun yarn etc & all carriages up to site of work and testing on full load. The unserviceable sluice valves may be returned to the Divisional Store under proper R/I. The job is to be carried out under the supervision of site in-charge.(complete job)

Repairs to various dias of controlling sluice valves by way of dismantling of sluice valves and taking out the same for carrying out repairs at appropriate work shop to sluice rods (by rethreading/replacing) repairs to check nuts, replacement/ recasting of worn-out rings, gun metal check nut ,providing OD packing’s, oiling, greasing etc and re-assembling of same with heavy duty stainless steel nuts and bolts after carrying out repairs and re-fixing at its existing position. The job includes replacement of extension rods by new heavy duty solid rods of 32 to 40mm dia, hand wheels of standard quality/ reputed make to be approved by the department. The job includes all sorts of carriages of sluice valves, tool & plants and shall be paid in fitted & fixed form after testing on full water load and successful testing & commissioning. However the worn-out parts of the Sluice Valves may be returned to the Divisional Store under proper R/I .The job is to be carried out under the supervision of site in-charge.(complete job)

(Part-B) Revamping of de- sludging bridges.

Revamping of de-sludging bridge by way of repairs of wheel track, checking of alignment, providing nuts & bolts, clips, modification/grinding of wheels as per site requirement. The Job shall also include complete servicing of existing driving motors coupled to reduction gears including providing of bearings, pulleys, fan belts, varnishing. Dismantling/refitting, including overhauling/servicing of motors by way of providing fresh M-oil, oil seals etc. The Job shall include dismantling / dismembering of whole or part of the bridge as required for carrying out the specified job including handling charges complete including testing, commissioning & satisfactory trial run for a period of one month.The job is to be carried out as per the directions of site in-charge. Repairs/renovation of churner assembly by way of replacement of damaged 2HP capacity motors with reduction gear coupled to churner assembly, including dismantling of defunct motor-churner assembly, including providing of bearings, pulleys, fan belts including proving of new MS plate churners & rods, providing of S.S anti-corrosive nuts & bolts, painting with two coats of metal primer & anti-corrosive metal paint including all carriages, labour, T&P charges , Successful testing / Commissioning & trial run for a period of one month. Structural steel work welded in built up sections, trusses & framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position & applying a priming coat of approved steel primer.

Providing & fitting of switch board accessories to control panel of de-sludging bridges by way of providing 32A/63A 3-pole MCCB's, 0-500V Voltmeters, Bus bars long size etc and providing and fixing of central rotary current contactor (split type) with required cable connections etc, including fixing of necessary electrical connections, thimbles etc. The job is to be carried out as per the directions of site in-charge. Wooden planking, tongued and grooved in flooring including fixing with iron screws complete: 32-40mm thick second class deodar wood.

Providing of electrical insulation sheets in parts to be fixed over wooden planking including all fixing charges, labour & carriages.The job is to be carried out as per the directions of site in-charge.(Complete Job).

Painting of M.S bridge assembly with two or more coats of anti-corrosive paint of approved brand/quality including priming coat of steel primer after proper cleaning/ scrapping of all materials, dirt, dust etc. The job is to be carried out as per the directions of site in-charge. (Complete Job)
