L- MISCELLANEOUS Providing preconstruction anti – termite treatment to the buildings conforming to I.S.S. 6113 part II 1971 (revised) including adopting the precautions for health hazards and safety measures as mentioned therein with the cost of all materials chemicals, plants, equipments etc. required for the treatment and furnishing a guaranty for a minimum period of 10 years from the date of completion including eradicating any infestation of termite free of cost during the guaranty period complete. The payment will be made on plinth of the building. Post Construction

Repairs to the deteriorated /damaged areas of RCC elements in the structures shall be carried out by using Polymer modified repair mortar. The polymer modified mortar is applied when the epoxy bonding coat is still tacky. In one application 20 mm thickness shall be built. Subsequent layer shall be built with one bond coat of Polymer modified cement slurry. The Polymer modified repair mortar shall have the following specifications: • Cement (OPC) : 100 kg • Clean river sand - 2.36 mm down : 300 kg Or 30-80 Graded quartz sand •Polymer latex (Monobond) : 10 kg • Water : 30 litre (Approx) Cure by spraying periodically with water for 3 days and allow to dry for next 5 days. incl. cost of transport etc. as per dir of EIC. All the chemicals will be of Krishna Conchem Products Pvt. Ltd. or Equivalent.

Waterproofing of sunken slabs, toilet blocks, terraces on slabs under brickbats, roofs, watertanks. Cleaning the surface and filling cracks (if any), applying EPCO ACR wherever necessary, Providing and Moistening the surface with water to render it saturated. Mix Cement and Monobond WF in the ratio of 1.25 kg to 1 by weight and stir continuously. Apply minimum 2 coats with an interval of 12 hours minimum between the coats. Fix fiber mesh while the first coat is still tacky. Cure with sprinkling of water 3-4 times a day. incl. cost of scaffolding transport etc. as per dir of EIC. All the chemicals will be of Krishna Conchem Products Pvt. Ltd. or Equivalent

Providing and fixing High Pressure Laminate HPL Laser Cut Panel having thickness: 5 to 8mm,of appropriate size which shall be fixed on 6mm thick sheet of light diffusing acrylic board to enhance the deign of the panels . The Panel shall be fixed to the wall etc with SS screws . All material shall be of approved make. All works complete as per the drawing, specification and direction of the Engineer.
