Supply and erection of Galvanized Iron pole with galvanizing done with Average coating thickness Minimum 65 Microns as per IS 4759 : 1996 / IS 2629 : 1. Conical twin arm bend pole of 9000 mm length designed to withstand the maximum wind speed as per IS 875. The pole shaft shall be made from Hot Rolled MS Plate equivalent to BS EN 10025 : 2004, Gr. S355JO / IS 2062 : 2011, Gr. E350 BR and shall be continuously tapered with single longitudinal butt joint . Base plate AS PER is 2062: 2011, Gr. E250A of size 450 mm x 450 mm x 16 mm , with provision for fixing 4 no. foundation bolts of 750 mm length of EN-8 GRADE having slots of 24x48 mm , PCD 530 mm , Pole shaft Sheet Thickness 3 mm . The pole should be in two sections. Bottom section length 3000 mm , diameter of 324 mm . Top section Bottom Dia -149 mm Top Dia – 75 mm. Double Arm bracket dia – 0.60 mm and 3.00 Sheet thickness 300 mm length. The distance between fixture should be 3000 mm . This base plate shall be fillet welded to the pole shaft. Bakelite sheet having 6A SP MCB and 16 sq mm stud type connector ( 4 nos) inside the pole at door opening for cable connection . The pole should be PU MATALLIC PAINT Glossy / SEMI MATTE FINISH.
