Demolition of reinforced cement conctrete like Roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams, staircases, landing, chajjas and similar suspended work.

Formwork of fair finished surfaces to soffits of suspended slabs such as chajjas, roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) including cutting holes etc .

Cutting chases, pinning in, making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades/chajjas, shelves, lintels, etc. and making good, cutting not exc 10 cm but not exc 20 cm girth.

M&L Mild Steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns beams, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire(annealed)not less than0.9mm dia or securing with clips. Make:Tata/Jindal/SAIL .
