Sch 'A' Part-I B/R work:- Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quions, wall, arches, pillars, man-holes, drain etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for burnt clay brick work with sub-class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description and thickness on walls/ceilings etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 mixed with liquid water proofing compound on fair faces of brick work ,concrete surface of wall, fin, facia, chajjas, parapet and similar article finished surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:6 mixed on other than fair faces of brick work ,concrete surface of wall, fin, facia, chajjas, parapet and similar article finished surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10 mm thick rendering on brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:3 as in ceiling of roof slab ,fin, facia, culvert, chajjas, parapet and similar article etc finishing surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of Cement Base Paint over and including one coat of alkali resistant priming paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying minimum 1.5 mm thick white cement based wall care putty on wall surfaces & making smooth surface and applying two coat of distemper oil emulsion over and including one coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old plastered or unplastered ,old decorated surfaces of wall surface and applying two coat of distemper oil emulsion complete all as specifie complete all as specified and directed.
