Supply ,Installation.Testing & Commisioning of Distribution Transformer Energy Efficientcy Level 2nd 1000KVA,11/0.433KV 50Hz,Outdoor type,Dyn-11 oil immersed,CopperWound,ONAN Cooled, step down ,Distribution Transformer having C.R.G.O core ,Confirming to IS: 1180 Part-1:2018 with latest amendments dully tested,painted and Oil filled to IS: 335 of 1983 with Latest amendments.The transformer shall be complete with following fittings:- a) Oil conservator with oil level indicator , minimum level marking and drain plugs. b) Off circuit type tap changer with position indicator and locking arrangement. c) 100mm dial type /Stem type thermometer with metal gaurd. d) Lifting lugs and Bi-directional roller. e) Rating Diagram and terminal marking plate f) Explosion Vent and valves for filtration ,drainage and filling e.t.c with necessaryplugs ,including air release plug. g) Radiator assembly and silica gel breather. Contruction Of RCC bed for 1000 KVA transformer 6' x 8' x 5'

a) Earth work excavation manually inculding disposal of earth as directed within SKIMS permises=8'x6'x1'-0" X 2 no.

b) P/L of stone soling of specified size including Cost & carraige of material complete, 8'x6'x0'-4"=15.84cft =0.448 cum X 2 no.

c) P/L of plain cement concrete 1:4:8 mixture incuding cost & carriage of material complete Qty vide part (b) = 0.448 cm X 2 no.

d) P/L of R.C.C work 1:2:4 mix including cost and carriage of material 8'x6'x5' = 240 cft X 2 no.

e) P/L of steel reinforcement (TMT) 12mm dia including cost of cutting, bending ,binding including cost binding wire Qty vide item (d) = 6.79 cum @ 35 kg/cum X 2 no.

f) Shuttering by steel plates/ wooden planks including removal of same after use.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of servo motor operated line voltage correctors copper wound. Indoor, continuous duty, three phase, to work under unbalanced condition of input voltage and unbalance load which shall comprise 3 nos. fully IC controlled sensing circuit microprocessor based with built in filters & improve the output wave to be pure sinusoidal and control each phase individually. Conforming to IS. 9815: with input voltage range: 250-460V (phase to phase), output voltage 415 (As set output voltage), ± 1%,with under voltage, over voltage & over current protection, naturally oil cooled with first filling of transformer oil with necessary bypass switch arrangement complete with following accessories etc. as required. Providing and making of earth pits using appropriate mixture of salt and charcoal.The job includes providing fixing of copper plate of size 600mmx600x3mm, pit should be dug 3 mtr from the surface including 25mmx5mm copper strip in separate 1½" G.I Pipe from plate to surface and laying of 40 mm G.I water pipe to the plate complete as per latest specification.

Providing and fixing of 25mm x 5mm G.I strip from earth pits to 1000 KVA Distribution Transformer /Servo stabiliser/ LT Panel to be laid through 2 mm thick MS conduit of appropriate dia .

Supplying, installation, including suspension, testing and commissioning of following capacity bus trunking with aluminium bus bars having current density of 130 A/ sq. cm at nominal current rating in 1.6mm thick IP 42 sheet steel enclosure in convenient sections for use on, 3 phase, 4 wire, 415 V, 50 Hz, A.C. supply including jointing of sections, flexible joints, expansion joints, bends and earthing with 2 runs of galvanised iron strips, suspenders, angle iron bracket, steel fasteners, connecting to earthing system etc. as required(Make as Per Makelist Annexed to NIT )
