Amount

Removing and roughining of surfaces existing water proofing treatment (incl. APP membrane, plaster, PCC padding, bricks tilesetc.) of any type all as directed by Engineer-in-charge and disposing off out side Defence Land.

Cleaning the surface by roughening, sweeping clean and washing down and applying cement slurry @ 3 kgs/sqm complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for 40mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in RCC roof surface with mixing of water proofing compound 3% by the weight cement to horizontal or vertical surfaces finished cement concrete surface even and smooth using extra cement including necessary form work (Water proofing compound will be measured separately) complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (20mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof kerbs, or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges, incl making kerbs at wall and oof junction complete all as specified and as directed

Supply only Integral WPC complete all as specified and as directed

Taking up or down 20 mm steel tubing and connections complete all as specified and as directed

Refixing old steel tubing 20 mm and connection in new or old position (walls ceiling floors etc. including cutting, cleaning, threading, fixing as directed by Engineer-in-charge complete all as specified and as directed

S & F tubes medium grade galvanized with all fittings & fixed complete to walls & ceiling or laid in floors 20 mm dia bore pipe (including in short length) complete all as specified and as directed

Dismantling of water tanks capacity exc 500 ltrs and n.exc 1000 ltrs and removing to store complete all as specified and as directed

S & F 100 litre rotational moulded tripple layer polyethlene water storage tanks white colour (cylindrical vertical with closed top) and suitable size of MS tasla with locking system hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part I complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 20 mm PTMT valve, high pressure, with polythene float and flynut complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed etc complete all as specified and as directed

S & F as in repair Gun metal globe or gate valves with iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipe 20 mm bore complete all as specified and as directed

S&F in repair PVC (SWR) bends of radius110 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in rep PVC ( SWR pipe ) 110 mm bore rain water pipe including removing old pipe and making good the disturbed surfaces in CM 1:4 or PCC 1:2:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description, thickness on brick, stone, concrete surfaces including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, removal of rubbish and cleaning, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on brick masonary wall surfaces or on other than fair faces of brick masonary finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.
