Removing existing water proofing treatment what so ever exist (except concrete padding), and removing, including chipping on concrete surface and debris/rubbish materials off the site,complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clan and washing down with water to remove dust & brushing neat cement slurry with 3Kgs of cement per sqm etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:4 over RCC slab horizontal or vertical portion for laying water profing treatment complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for Plain Cement concrete (PCC) padding in cement concrete (1:2:4), type BO (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as spd.

M&L for APP modified roof treatment over existing RCC roof with following specification:- (a) Applying bitumen primer @ 0.4 Liters/Sqm with density of 0.87 to 0.89 Kg/liters at 25 degree C on the prepared dry roof surface. (b ) Laying 3 mm thick APP membrane weight not less than 3.50 kg/sqm by torch application with minimum 10 cm side lap and 15 cm end lap. The laying of membrane shall be got done through an authorized applicator of manufacturer of APP membrane. (c) Over the membrane provide a solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.1 Kg/Sqm prescribed by manufacturer complete all as specified

Demolition of reinforcement cement concrete of any description not otherwise specified

Taking out steel from reinforcement Separating, scraping and cleaning of reinforcement (Demolition of concrete measured separately) all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S &F Rolled section with with Fe-410-W(Gde-E-250) quality-B, as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates

M&L for Mild steel rag or lewis bolts, (12 mm dia) screwed one end, with hexagonal or square nuts and washers, the other end enlarged and jagged or lewised, n exc 15cm long all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc cozting GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering fixed with self tappping screws as specified.

M&L for Preparation of New surface of steel and apply two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer all as spd

Taking down cement plaster on brick/stone or concrete surface including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water to receive plaster, including removing debris/rubbish materials off the site all as specified.

M&L for cement plaster in CM 1:4, 20mm thick in two coats (15+5) with using integral waterproofing compound finished even & smooth without using extra cement ( Note: Integral liquid water proofing compound to be used in per bag of cement shall be as per manufacturers instructions and paid separately under respective items.).

M&Lfor rendering 15mm thick in cm 1:6 finished with neeru finish as specified on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound (Make:- Scott No 1/Dr Fixit)

M&L preparing newly plastered surfaces ,and applying 2 coats of Oil Bound Distemper over a coat of alkali resistent primer on walls.

M&L for applying two coats of acrylic water/weather proof exterior emulsion coating over one coat of primer all as per manufactures instructions including preparation of new surfaces of wall/ complete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking up or down 20 mm dia bore steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for re- fixing and removing to store.

Taking up or down 15 mm dia bore steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for re- fixing and removing to store.

S&F ball brass valve, high pressure, with ploythene float and flynut complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule 20 mm bore.

Taking down aluminium sliding windows of any description and any size and replacing the wornout, broken wiremesh, aluminium sections, glass, rubber beading, rollers, locks etc as required and fixing back in to the same opening for easy movement of shutters including necessary fittings and fixtures. NOTE :- Items such as i) Wiremesh, ii) Glass, iii) Rubber beeding, iv) Rollers v) Locks, vi) Aluminium sections etc will be paid seprately under respective items as suppy only.

Supply only Stainless steel wire cloth 0.56mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Supply only ordinary sheet glass 4.8mm thick in square exc 0.5sqm in each panes.

Supply only PVC Star lock for Aluminium windows.

Supply only Nylon / PVC Rollers for Aluminium Windows.

Supply only Rubber beeding suitable for aluminium door/window shutters.

S&F in repair Stainless steel sinks with draining board made out of 1mm thick sheet for kitchen with plugs, washers and waste pipe, cast iron cantiliver brackets and connecting union to pipe overall size 915mmx460mmx with bowl size 410mmx330mmx160mm with plugs, washers and wastes: including bedding in cement mortar on to dwarf walls, or inculding fixing cantilever brackets and connecting union to waste pipe; upto 0.5 sqm each.

Dismenrling floor hearth or wall tilling including cement mortar bedding ( but not backing) all as specified by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of Concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level)

M/L for providing PCC 1:2:4 type B2 using (40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation filling and mass concrete.

M&L non skid ceramic tiles(Coloured) 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.06sqm but n.exc 0.11 sqm, in in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, including screed bed 15mm thick in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L Powder coated aluminium frame for doors, windows, ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc. complete all as specified

Providing and fixing Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions (Fixed portions) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, all complete as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F Prelaminated particle board, interior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination & other side balancing white lamination, fixed to aluminium frame as directed by Engr -in - Charge.
