Providing and laying of interlocking concrete Block Pavement (ICBP) with cement concrete paving block as per IS15658–2006 of thickness 80mm and 28 days compressive strength not less than 40 n/mm2 over a layer of bedding sand complying thickness 30mm laid over prepared base complying to grading specified in table 1500.6 Block are to be laid wither structure /running /horring bone pattern of bonds as directed by the engineer and are to be laid to proper level and gradenad compacted with appropriate equipment such as plate Vibrator along with specified in table 1500-06 to fill up the gaps between blocks including construction of edges of restraint with M25 cement concrete of width of depth 230 mm each on either edges complete as for draining and technical specification clause 1504 (Inclusive of edge restraint and carriage) (a) Including Edge block/edge restraints

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and applying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 kg/sqm using Mechanical Means as per Technical Specification Clause 502.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate 0.25 to 0.30 Kg. per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.

Providing laying and rolling of open graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration graded bitumen or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with tree wheeled roller 80-100KN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be follow by seal coat of either Type A, type B or type C as per Technical Specification Clause 508.

Providing and laying seal coat using bitumen emulsion sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified level, grade and cross fall using type A, Type B and Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 510 Case II. Type –B (iii) Crumb Rubber Modified Bitumen

Brick masonary work Brick masonary work in cement mortar 1:3 in foundation complete excluding pointing and plastering as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 600, 1202 & 1203.

Supplying fitting and placing TMT Bar reinforcement (Fr 500) in sub structure complete as per drawing and technical specification Clauses 1002, 1005, 1010 & 1202.

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete in superstructure as per drawing and technical specification Clause 800, 1205.4 and 1205.5 A. With crushed stone (i) RCC Grade M20 (i) For nominal mix 1:2:4 (a) Height upto 5.0m

Plastering with cement mortar (1:3) on brick work in substructure as per technical specification
