Supplying and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design and pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickniess and size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F precast cement concrete manhole type B-1, (1:2:4) using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in kerbs, etc., complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of 0.50 mm thick pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws, 'U' hook or 'J' bolt, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 50 mm thick plain cement concrete (1:2:4) mix, type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in sub-base, plinth protection etc., ,complete all as specified and directed.

M & L painting on new steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth applying two coats anti corrosive paint over one coat of zinc primer including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge .

M & L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc. 6 metre mean radius, built in cement mortar CM (1:6), complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of bricks/concrete surface work in cement mortar (1:4) using Water Proofing Compound (WPC) as per manufacturer's instructions on walls finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: WPC shall be measured and paid separately).

Supply only integral proofing compound, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for providing gypsum board of 8mm thick ceiling tiles sizes 595mm x 595 mm including aluminium anodised section of size, wall angle 25mm x 25 mm x 2 mm thick, main/cross tee-section 15mm x15mmx 1.4mm and suspended with 2.18 mm thick GI wire of suitable length and including fixed and aluminium snap grid all as per clause 10.38.1 of SSR Part-I and as per manufacturer's instructions, complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating over areas, n.exc 1.5m deep and getting out in soft/loose soil, complete all as as directed.

M & L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for RCC M-25 Design Mix concrete as in wall footing/column footing, upto bottom of plinth beam and in plinth beam, complete all as specified and as directed.

Note: Proper colour coding to be adopted.

Excavation in trenches, n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth, and getting out in soft/loose soil, for laying of underground cable etc., complete all as as directed.

Supply and laying dry sand of approved quality for cushioning of underground cable laid in trenches 8 cm deep before laying the cable and 15 cm thick after laying and stretching the cable, complte all as specifed and directed. (Note: Punned thickness of sand cushioning only shall be measured and paid for)

M & L for brick protection with old size sub class 'B' brick for PVC underground cable protection in trench with width equal to length of brick laid dry and flat joining each other with gap between adjacent brick not exceeding 10mm over LT underground cable, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing GI pipe light grade 40mm bore for cable protection including all fittings laid in trenches or fixed on pole with suitable clamps, complete all as specified and as directed.
