Excavation in foundations, trenches etc., all classification of soil such as pick work,jumper work, blasting work in dry or saturated condition upto all heights and depth including pumping and bailing out water where required and stacking the eacavated soil seperately as directed and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm. (Fifteen centimetre) layers, when required in to plinths sides of foundations etc., consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed with in all leads and lifts including carriage of material in all leads and lifts disposed material to be neatly dressed leveled as per instructions of the Engineer in charge.

Boulder filling dry hand packed under floor/retaining walls including watering, ramming and consolidating with at least one broken stone face and packed in proper upto all heights as per direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1 : 3 : 6 ( one cement :three sand : six graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm(forty millimetre nominal size) mechanically mixed and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth upto all level including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals .

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm (three point fifteen millimetre) thick welded with angle iron in frame of 30x30x5 mm ( thirty into thirty into five millimetre) size so as to give a fair finish including centering shuttering strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies for all heights of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling and removal of the same for insitu reinforcement and plain concrete work in foundation footing and bases of columns etc and mass concrete including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.The rate includes sale tax octori, royality,malkhana ,toll tax,GST,labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government..

Providing and laying reinforcement cement concrete work of grade M-20(M-twenty )design mix to obtain the minimum crushing strength of 20 N/mm2 (twenty Newton per millimeter square ) with minimum cement content of 340 kg (three hundred forty kilogramme ) per cubic meter mechanically mixed and vibrated including curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforced concrete work in foundation,footing bases of columns and the like and mass concrete in all depth/heights including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentials as per the direction by the Engineer-in-charge .The rates are inclusive octroi, royality,malkana ,toll tax,sale tax,GST,labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying tor steel(TISCO, JINDAL PANTHER of (JSPL) /Sail/RINL/Shyam steel make) reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete work including ,bending binding,straightening and placing in position complete in all floor level/ heights including cost of binding wire complete including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentials as per the direction by the Engineer-in-charge .The rates are inclusive octroi, royality,malkana ,toll tax,sale tax,sale tax ,GST,labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing welded wire mesh 50mm x 50mm square , 5mm dia weight not less then 8.10 kg. per square metre of material of approved make of welf fab India, as per BIS specification including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentials as per the direction by the Engineer-in-charge .The rates are inclusive octroi, royality,malkana ,toll tax,sale tax,sale tax ,GST,labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.
