Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) n exc 15 cm thick as in ground floors/pavings (below or above ground level) and removal of debris outside MoD land to a desiginated place earmarked by the local Administration.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed..

M&L for plain cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base, mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing and laying 80mm thick Factory Made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-40 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or heavy traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in copings with and including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for coloured chequered tiles 30 cm x 30 cm x 20 mm thick factory made ISI Marked (IS-13801-1993), with grey cement and pigment, laid with neat cement slurry @3 Kg/Sqm over and including 20mm thick screed bed of cement mortar (1:6) pointed in white cement with matching colour pigment, complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for precast cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in kerb stone Machine made of size approved by AGE(I) made to shape slightly roundes or chamfered as directed set and pointed in CM 1:6 as in Road side/Hardstanding kerb stone incl necessary excavavtion returning, filling and disposal complete all as directed.

Material and labour for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer, on newly concrete surfaces over 10cm width or girth, including preparation of surface, complete all as specified and directed.
