Repair to rusted tear and wear legs of dining table ORs with new pieces of square tube 25 x 25mm (16 gauge) not exceeding 150 mm length including gas welding and grinding to match the surface including 2 coats painting and new hard rubber to complete all as shown on drg and as directed.

Welding of broken joints of steel furniture item of same weld joints shall be continuous and finished smoothly by gas welding all as directed by Engr – in- Charge.

CHAIR CB STEEL (DRG NO FD-75 M)

Taking out old/unserviceable seat and back frame of chair CB steel and S&F of new seat and back of chair CB steel made of well seasoned teak wood as suitable size. Seat and back frame shall be weaving with plastic cane 2 mm with white Godrej pattern and bordering shall be all round with 3 mm wide plastic cane. All wooden surfaces shall be painted with black synthetic enamel paint and steel surface shall be painted with olive green paint (Make: Shalimar/Berger/Asian paint) all as specified and as directed.

Taking out unserviceable handle of chair CB steel with arms and S&F of new hand rest of chair CB steel made of well seasoned teak wood. Handle shall be painted with black synthetic enamel paint of approved 1st quality and it shall be fitted with the help of suitable shelf tapping C/S long screws as shown on drg and as specified and as directed.

CHAIR VARANDAH (PLASTIC CANE) (DRG NO-FD 19(M)

Applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (spray painting) white to all steel surface after preparation of surface & M & L canning using 4 mm wide plastic cane, white, half round for seat & back including replacement of all four damaged hard rubber toes after the painting is completely dried up and taking out old plastic cane all as directed and shown on drawing (Note: Canning shall be done as per Godrej pattern).

Preparation of surfaces (internal, external, shelves, legs etc) of following items and making the surface free from dust rust any foreign material and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of 1st quality (Berger/Asian) of approved shade including necessary repairs if any by providing rivets, gas welding denting etc. The paint shall be done by spraying method all as specified and as directed.

Dismanting of unserviceable GI long rail of 32 mm dia supply and fixing of New GI long rail of 32mm dia medium grade ISI marked including making threads on both sides of the pipe complete all as specified and as directed. MAKE: TATA/JINDAL/ZENITH

Dismantling of unserviceable GI short rail of 32mm dia and Cutting of old unserviceable 32mm long rail of GI pipe obtained from Srl item No. 9.01 into equal two pieces for making short rail of required length including making threads on both sides of the pipe and fixing complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of unserviceable leg of 32 mm dia GI Pipe and cutting unserviceable GI short rail of 32mm dia obtained from item No 21.02 into two equal pieces for making of leg of required size including making thread on one side and fixing rigidly complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F of 03 Nos. Stiffners made out if MS flat iron 40 x 3mm thick at equal distance in between long rails with ‘L’ shaped bend at both end up to 32mm fixed with round headed counter sunk screws and bolts of size 3mm dia 75mm long (total 06 Nos) after drilling suitable hole to long rail fixed rigidly of the 32mm bore GI charpoy complete al as specified an as directed.

Removing the existing unserviceable nylon newar, tightining all the check nuts elbow, long rails short rails and legs to hold the charpoy tight the elbows and legs and S&F commercial plywood 12mm thick ISI fixed with Alumnium rebit size of 65 mm long and 6mm dia 10 Nos along with Two Nos suitable size of washer having lipping on all sides of plywood, Lipping patti shall be TW size 12mmx4mm thick duly french polished complete all as direceted by Engnr-in-charge.

Removing the existing unserviceable 32 MM dia bore GI 3 way elbow and S & F 32 MM dia bore 3 way elbow complete all as directed by Engr - In- Charge.

Note: In case doubling/duplicancy of BOQ items , the lowest quoted rate shall be applicable for payment.
