Granular Sub-base with Well Graded Material (Table 400-1) Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader / tractor mounted appropriate equipment on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401 (Excluding G.S.T.)

WBM Grading -2 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes 45-63 mm to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled 80-100 kN static rollar in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming stone screening/ binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density.grade 2 as per Technical specification clause 405. (Excluding G.S.T.)

WBM Grading -3 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes 22.4-53 mm to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled 80-100 kN static rollar in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming stone screening/ binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density.grade 3 as per Technical specification clause 405. (Excluding G.S.T.)

Brick edging on both side of road with S.O.B. bricks on edge laid with mud mortor I/c labour & supply of bricks finished to required templeteand and in proper alignment and also I/c dressing ,ramming excavated soil as directed by Engineer In charge (Excluding G.S.T.)

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm usingmannual means .as per technical specification cluause 502.(Excluding G.S.T.)

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom. (Excluding G.S.T.)

Providing, laying and rolling of open - graded premix surfacing of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or cut-back or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a smooth wheeled roller 80-100 kN static rollar capacity, finished to required level and grades to be fallowed by seal coat ase per technical specification clause 508.(Excluding G.S.T.)

Providing and laying seal coat by manual means with VG-10 Grade Bitumen sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 510 (Including all taxes required and hire charges of road roller & including Cost of bitumen ) (Excluding G.S.T.)

Cement Concrete Pavement Construction of un-reinforced, undowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade OPC type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days, using curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501 (Excluding G.S.T.)
