Special Eligibility Criteria

   Bulk quantity order will be placed only on tenderers with satisfactory past performance for Flap Doors or Wagon Doors for any type of wagons as per Para 2.6 of GCC. The firm may read the Para 2.6 of GCC for full details . Authorized dealers must upload tender specific authorization from their OEM, otherwise offer will be summarily rejected without any back reference.

   The procurement of the item is restricted to Class I local suppliers only and the vendors who do not qualify to be Class I local suppliers should not quote in the tender as their offers shall not be considered for any ordering. In case any vendor who does not qualify to be a Class I local supplier for the tendered item and participates in the tender it does so at their own risk and cost and Railways shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused to the vendor. Requirement of a vendor to be a Class-I local supplier for this item, shall be a mandatory condition in addition to other qualifying eligibility criteria/conditions. Please refer Para 29.0 of GCC attached to tender for details

   1) Earnest Money and Security Deposit are applicable as per para 5 and 6 of GCC attached with this Tender. Tenderer to read these clauses carefully, II) Vendors appearing on the approved vendor lists of RDSO/PUs/CORE are exempted from the EMD/SD payment. However, dealer/authorized agent of RDSO/PUs/CORE vendors, who participate against authorization of such approved vendor of RDSO/PUs/CORE are not exempted from the submission of the EMD/SD. III) However, approved sources directly participating in the tender and stipulating in IREPS that the order be placed on authorized dealer are to be considered as exempted from the EMD/SD payment.

If two or more bidders are found to be sister concerns or affiliates (having common partner/director/promoter/owner/holding company decision control, etc.) the offers of all such sister concerns are liable to be rejected as per relevant provisions of IRS terms and condition.
