Taking up Old unserviceable GI water tubing and connection for the following sizes :-

(a) 20 MM dia

(b) 25 MM dia

Supply and laying 3-layer PP-R (Polypropylene random copolymer) concealed pipes SDR 7.4 (PN16) of the following sizes, UV stabilized and antimicrobial fusion welded having thermal stability for hot and cold water supply all PP-R plain and brass threaded polypropylene random fittings laid in trenches, complete all as specified and directed:-

(a) 25 MM dia

(b) 32 MM dia

Making connection of PP-R distribution branch with PP-R Main of 16 to 40 mm outer dia by providing and fixing tee including cutting and making fusion joint etc. (Each cut and making connection will be measured as Each).

S&F in replacement PP-R Gate valves (brass insert) as per requirement of the site for the following sizes :-

(a) 25 MM dia

(b) 32 MM dia

M&L for cutting existing steel tubing of 40 or 50 mm for alterations or additions complete all as specified and as directed. Note:-Each cut will be measured as Each.

M & L for taking out damaged/ broken lagging from pipes and providing lagging on pipes all around with 25 mm thick bonded mineral wool preformed 'SNAPON' pipe sections of density 144 Kg/cum with chicken mesh wire netting 25 gauge, 20 mm mesh and covering with POP layer complete all as specified and directed for following sizes of CI/GI pipes :-

(a) On pipe of internal dia 20 mm/15MM

(b) On pipe of internal dia 25 mm

Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out hard/dense soil all as specified and directed by Engr -in-Charge.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out hard/dense soil.

M&L for plain cement concrete type D2, 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in sub base of flooring, hard standing, manhole, drain etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in-Charge.

M&L brick work with sub-class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 M mean radius built in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in-Charge.

M&L 15mm thick rendering on wall in CM 1:4 on brick/concrete surface and finishing the surface even and smooth with out using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in-Charge.

M&L for preparing new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls & applying two coats of cement base paint on walls over a coat of alkali resistance primer complete all as specified.

M&L 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregates as in levelling course of flooring complete all as specified and directed

M&L Chequered cement concrete tiles 20cmx20cmx25mm thick/ 30cmx30cmx25mm thick as in path etc. set and jointed with grey cement and pigments as in floors and over and including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick laying floor finished in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in copings, weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Note :- An amount of Rs. Rs 40,636.50 on account of credit schdule for Sch 'A' Part-II Shall be deducted from the total amount of BOQ to arrive at the contract sum.
