Repair of Ogee Spillway Glacis by providing steel liner grade IS 2062-E550A and HPC M70 ( A 20) in bay No. 2 at Dam of Rangit Power Station

Filling by supplying filling materials from outside in road works, in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth excluding carriage of materials and including consolidation of each layer by ramming, watering etc all complete by manual/mechanical means.

Construction of temporary retaining wall or gravity wall by providing empty bags filled with approved quality of earth / sand / moorum / gravel etc HDPE bags to channelize the leakage water or like, including quarrying sand, filling in empty bags, knotting, manual carriage with an initial lead of 150 m and for all lift in spillway glacis, stilling basin floor or like the surfaces etc complete. The rate is including demolishing and disposal of material within 150 meters lead as per direction of Engineer - in charge. The rate is inclusive of manual carriage, loading and unloading but exclusive of taxes and mechanical carriage (Quarrying of earth / fine sand / sediment shall be from the River , hence, haulage charge need not to load in estimate) .

Chipping of high strength RCC / High performance concrete by manually or mechanically for a required depth and profile in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor, Spillway glacis, or like the surfaces etc for up to 5th floor including cutting of reinforcement bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 150 meter lead as per direction of Engineer in charge. The surface of structures to be cleaned thoroughly by removing debris and washing etc,so as to provide clean, dry and strong surface for repair works. The rate is inclusive of all but exclusive of taxes etc.

Providing and fixing 25 mm diameter TMT Anchor / Dowel bar including (a) Drilling of hole in existing concrete or rock or like the surface, (b) Straightening, cutting, bending and placing in position of anchor bar (c) Fixing with cement capsule / Cement grouting, etc all complete up to floor five level in Ogee spillway glacis, hill terrain ,stilling basin floor / wall or like the surface etc. The rate is exclusive of taxes, mechanical carriage, loading & unloading etc.

Erection of modified sill beam of radial gate including handling, assembling, final matching field welding etc complete including lowering from Dam top to Ogee Spillway Glacis .The rate is exclusive the cost of sill beam , taxes, mechanical carriage from central store Sagbari / Siliguri to Dam, loading & unloading etc.

Providing, Fabrication and Installation of 25 mm thick steel liner plate of grade IS 2062-E550A (Confirming to IS -2062:2011) in Ogee Spillway Glacis of Dam including rolling to the required radius as per drawing and welding with approved electrode having excellent mechanical properties for heavy joints under restraint and subjected to dynamic loading. The rate is exclusive of mechanical carriage from Siliguri to Dam site, loading & unloading and taxes but inclusive of lowering steel liner from Dam top to Spillway Glacis with an initial lead up to 50 meter, positioning and providing temporary Jigs & fixtures etc complete. (Payment for Providing, supporting frame work of ISMB 200 & 250 at bottom of steel liner and 25 mm diameter TMT Anchor / Dowel bar shall be paid separately).

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including rolling, cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. in gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works.

Providing and laying reinforced / plain cement concrete 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand (zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) with HRWR @ 1% of cement in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including ogee spillway glacis or like the surface etc., up to floor five level with initial lead of 30 meter , excluding the cost of mechanical carriage, loading & unloading , taxes, centering, shuttering and finishing.

Providing and laying M70 ( A 20 ) high performance concrete produced by Concrete Mixer with Digital Weighing System for retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor, Spillway glacis, Stilling basin etc.for super structure (i.e. 1.50 m from ground floor / ground level and up to floor five level ), excluding the cost of centering, shuttering , finishing , carriage, loading and unloading , taxes etc , complete . (Note :- Mix proportion for M70 A20 high performance concrete , the quantity considered in this item is OPC 53 grade - @ 540 kg / Cum , Silica fume @ 76.00 kg / Cum , high range water reducing admixtures (HRWRA) of poly carboxylic ethers (PCE) @ 8.008 kg / Cum, River sand @ 669 kg / Cum and Pakur - Jharkand Stone Aggregate 20 to 10 mm size @ 574kg / Cum & Stone Aggregate 10 to 4.75 mm size @ 574kg / Cum )
