Demolition of concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for 40 mm thick PCC type B-0, 1:2:4 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in levelling course in floors all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone wall etc., including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete including old wall tiles all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering cement plaster 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick/concrete faces (internal walls) finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 5mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:3 in ceiling all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding, removing rubbish off the premises all as specified and as directed.

M & L for glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 450x350x 7 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match with colour tiles including 10mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 for receiving tile all as specified and as directed.

M & L for non-skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tiles exc 0.6 sqm but n exc 0.11 sqm, in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement or coloured cement to match all as specified and as directed.

M&L for granite (of any type) 15-20mm work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar 1:4 including pointing in white cement 1:2 using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite all as specified and as directed.

M & L for screed bed or bedding layer or mortar 15mm thick for laying floor finishes in cement mortar 1:4 all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for rounding to edges of stone slabs (one edge) as in steps, cooking platform and other similar situation all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for providing two coats of oil-bound distemper over a coat of alkali-resistant primer on new plastered surfaces including necessary preparation to surfaces complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for applying three coats of white wash on new ceiling surface including preparation of surface all as specified and as directed.

Providing and fixing 'Rajshri' brand factory made "PVC Internal door frame" (Prelam ) of size 100 mm x 45 mm with a wall thickness of 5 mm(+or-0.25),made out of extruded 5 mm (+or-0.25) thick PVC sheet of density 600 Kgs/cbm Manufactured by an ISO-9000 certified company, and by joining 3 Nos heat bent PVC sheet sections .The inside section of 90x 30mm shall be made from plain colour PVC sheet of 5 mm (+or-0.25) thickness. The inside section will be covered by sticking two section of size 30x35 mm and 70x45 mm made from 5 mm (+or-0.25) thick plain PVC sheet.The frame shall be mitre cut a two corneres and joined with 4 Nos of 150mm long brackets of 15 mmx15 mm M.S square tube. The two vertical door frames are to be reinforced with 40 mmx 20 mm M.S tube of 19 guage throughout the frame. The door frame shall be fixed to the wall using 8 Nos 120 mm long M.S scrtews through the frame by using anchor fasteners. A minimium of 4 Nos of screws to be provided for each vertical member & minimum 2 Nos for horizontal member etc., complete as per manufactures specification and as directed.

Providing and fixing 30 mm thick 'Rajshri' brand factory made solid Panel Prelam PVC internal door shutter consisting of frame made out of MS tubes of 19 guage thickness and size of 40 mm x 20 mm for stiles as well as top,lock&bottom rail M.S.frame shall have a coat of metal primer of approved make and manufacture. M.S frame shall be covered with heat moulded prelam/Plain 'C' Channel made from 5 mm (+or-.25) thick PVC sheet on density 600 Kg/cbm manufactured by an ISO 9000 certified company,of size 30 mm thick,110 mm width forming stiles in which 100 mm should be flat & 5 mm should be taper and 5 mm(+or-0.25) thick,135 mm wide PVC sheet for top rail and bottom rail in which 125 mm should be flat & 5 mm taper on either side of panel also for lock rail 145 mm sheet,125 mm should be flat & 5mm taper on either side..An additional 5 mm thick PVC strip of 20 mm width is to be stuck on the interior side of the 'C' channel using PVC solvent cement adhesive. Panelling of 10 mmPrlam PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded/sealed to the stiles & rails with 30 mm wide x 5 mm(+or-0.25) thick PVC sheet beading on either side and additional 30 mm wide PVC beading as gap insert below top and bottom rail joined together using solvent cement adhesive. 15 mm thick (5 mm(+or-0.25)x3),20 mm wide cross PVC sheet gap inserted for top &bottom rail. Door to be fixed with frame with 3 Nos.M.S powder coated hinges of sizes 100 mm x 25 mm x 2mm and 50 mm long steel screws drilled suitable to pass through both the wall of the M.S tube. Other hardware of door should be fixed with 25 mm x 8 mm size steel screws etc.complete as per manufacture's specification and as drawing.
