Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

S & F mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings etc, with ends of bars shouldered and / or riveted of forged into spikes; framed guard bars and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling expanded metal, any thickness or mesh, fixed with steel or wooden fillets, if any, weight per sq m not exc 4.0 kg complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 4mm dia galvanised steel wire, 150 x 100mm mesh, made up into mattresses or cages, lapped, wired and laid in position,including closing after filling in complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for chipping, removing carefully concrete work using low impact hammer, breaking without damaging the structure & cleaning and disposing off debris outside the premises complete all as specified and directed. Note: Hard concrete shall not be removed by force.

S & F stainless steel wire netting, 1.40 mm nominal dia of wire and average size of mesh 25 mm and fixed with tinned tacks of wire staples, including necessary steel frame complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 5 mm thick over gunniting / concrete surface in cement mortar 1:4 and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for injecting of cement slurry grout in 1:2 ratio (1 part cement, 2 parts water) including super plsticizer (Supercom-100) 250 ml/50 kg into prefixed nozzles in the walls and slabs by means of pump at a pressure of 0.5 Kg/sq.cm till the grout mix flows out from the nozzle indicating complete filling of grout in the holes drilled, for rehabilitation of walls and slabs complete all as specified and directed. Note: Mixing shall be done using mechanical mixer continuously stirring mechanically to keep cement particles in suspension.

M & L for providing and applying jacketing around columns with micro concrete (Monolith-MC) M40 including lifts, shuttering, drilling holes and fixing shear anchor complete all as specified and directed. Notes: 1. Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately. 2. Quoted rates shall be deemed to be inclusive of jacketing, formwork and micro concrete

M & L for mild steel TMT bars 6mm to 8mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for pre-cast cement concrete block masony with solid blocks of precast cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate), exc 10cm in width and set in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on stone /PCC block /brick wall / top of chajja etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preperation of old plastered wall surface including washing down, rubbing down and stopping of distempered wall surfaces, applying 1 mm thick wall care putty wherever required and applying one coat of oil bound distemper complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces, priming with alkali resistant priming paint, applying 1 mm thick wall care putty wherever required and distempering with two coats of distemper oil emulsion, white or tinted, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in two layers in cement mortar 1:4, 10 mm thick first layer and 5 mm thick outer layer mixed with WPC as per manufacturer's instructions on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note: Quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of cost of WPC.

M & L for preperation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of anti fungal acrylic emulsion exterior grade paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old decorative wall surfaces, ceiling cornices etc by brooming, scrapping down dust particle, smoke soot, moulds, moss and efforescent salts etc, making surface smooth by applying ready mix putty where ever required and applying one coat of acrylic emulsion exterior paint complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for dubbing out average 15 mm thick on irregular face of external and internal wall surfaces (when specifically ordered in writing) in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for removing old plaster, algae, dust and fungi from wall surfaces of static water tanks by pressurized washing, repairing damaged area and applying water proofing treatment as mentioned below as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and as directed. (a) Rendering 6 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with integral liquid water proofing compound and bonding agent as per manufacturer's recommended ratio. (b) Applying two coats of heavy duty cementatious water proofing coating. (c) Finally rendering 6 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with integral liquid water proofing compound and bonding agent as per manufacturer's recommended ratio.

M & L for removing old plaster, algae, dust and fungi from floor surfaces of static water tank by pressurized washing, repairing damaged area and applying water proofing treatment as mentioned below as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and as directed. (a) Providing 15 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 and rendering 6 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with integral liquid water proofing compound and bonding agent as per manufacturer 's recommended ratio. (b) Applying two coats of heavy duty cementatious water proofing coating (c) Finally rendering 6 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with integral liquid water proofing compound and bonding agent as per manufacturer's recommended ratio and conducting ponding test for 5 days.
