A) Bill of Quantities for the work of New Road and upgradation of the existing Bituminous Internal Roads at Industrial Park at Jabjabkuchi, Dist: Nalbari (Assam).

Clearing and grubbing of Project Land: Clearing and grubbing of road/ project land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth up to 300mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable materials to be used or auctioned up to a lead of 1000 metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150mm thickness. By Mechanical means. In a area of light jungle

Scarifying Existing Bituminous Surface to a depth of 50mm by mchanical means (Scarifying Existing Bituminous Surface to a depth of 50mm and disposal of scarified materials with all lifts & lead up to 1000 mtres.)

Construction of sub grade and earthen shoulders with approved materials obtain from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table 300.2 with lead up to 1000m as per technical Specification clause 303.1. i) From Private Land

Compacting original ground supporting sub grade loosening of the ground up to level of 500mm below the sub grade level, watered, graded and compacted in layer to meet requirement of tables 300.1 and 300.2 for sub grade construction as per technical specification Clause 303.5.2.

Construction of granular sub base by providing coarse graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mixing place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401 (with an initial lead of 5 Km). i) For grading –I Material

Haulage of granular materials for 40 km distance beyond the initial lead of 5 km.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening / binding material to fill up the interstices of poors aggregate, water and compacting to the required density ( with an initial lead of 5 km). (a) by manual means and with grading – I material and using sreening Type-A (13.20mm Agg.)

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening / binding material to fill up the interstices of poors aggregate, water and compacting to the required density ( with an initial lead of 5 km). Providing, laying of iterlocking concrete block pavement (ICBP) with cement concrete paver blocks as per IS 15658-2006 including all lead and lift complete as per technical specification and as directed. Interlocking Pre Cast blocks having compressive strenght of 40N/Sq.mm.

Cast in Situ Cement Concrete M20 Kerb ( Construction of cement concrete kerb with top and bottom width 115 and 165mm respectively, 250mm high in M-20 grade PCC on M-10 grade foundation 150mm thick, foundation having 50mm projection beyond the Kerb Stone, Kerb Stone lain with Kerb Laying Machine, foundation concrete laid manually, all complete as per clause 408. Using Maixture Machine.

B. Bill of Quantities for the work of Construction of a RCC Storm Water Drain (Length-1400 RM, Av. Depth-900 MM, Clear Width: 900 MM) at Industrial Park at Jabjabkuchi, Dist: Nalbari (Assam).

Earthwork in excavation for foundation trenches of walls, retaining walls, footing of columns steps, septic tanks etc. including refilling (return filling) the quantity as necessary in return filling after completation of work, filling dressing, watering and ramming etc. and removal of the surplus earth with all lead and lifts as directed and specified. including refilling the quantity as required for completion, ramming etc. and removal of surplus earth with all lead lifts as directed and specified. Upto a depth of 2m below the existing Ground Level. (a) In ordinary Soil

Providing brick soling in foundation and under floor with Stone/best quality picked Jhama bricks, Sand packed and laid to level and in panel after preparing the subgrade as directed including all labour and materials and if necessary dewatering complete. (b) Brick on flat soling

Plain cement concrete works with coarse aggregate of sizes 13mm to 32mm in foundation bed for footing steps, walls, brick works etc. as directed including dewatering if necessary and curing complete. (c) In Proportion 1:3:6

Providing and laying plain/ reinforced cement concrete works in proportion 1:1.5:3 including dewatering if necessary and curing complete but excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement. (a) In substructure upto P.L. foundation, footing, columns with base tie and plinth beam etc. (a) In substructure upto P.L. foundation, footing, columns with base tie and plinth beam etc.

Providing formwork of ordinary timber planking using 25mm thick plank including centering, shuttering and propping etc. and removal the same using 25mm thick plank. (a) in column, footing in sub-structure

Supplying fitting and fixing in position reinforcement bars conforming to relevant I.S. code for R.C.C. work/R.B walling including straightening cleaning, cutting and bending to proper shapes and length as per details supplying and binding with 20G annealed black wire and placing in position with proper blocks, supports, chairs, spacers etc. complete upto 1st floor level. (a) other ISI approved TMT reinforcement bar (SRMB/SAI/BISCON/ X TECH)
