PROVISION OF HT VCB HT CABLE AND OTHER ANCILLARY ITEMS FOR AUGMENTATION OF ELECTRIC SUPPLY INSTALLATION AT CDA GUWAHATI COMPLEX UNDER GE GUWAHATI

Amount

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for laying of cable etc. and not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil all as directed.

All as per item No 01 here in before but depth exceeding 1.50 m but not exceeding 3.00 m .

Supply, laying, connecting and testing XLPE HT UG insulated (Earthed) cable laid in trenches/or fixed on pole etc. with screened PVC bedded galvanized steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 11000 Volt grade, cross sectional area 95 Sqmm, 3 Core conforming to IS-7098 (Part-II)-1985 complete all as specified and directed. Notes: Excavation & earth work will be measured and paid separately.

M & L for Returning filling in including spreading, levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick for any type of soil all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for Removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing at level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for sand cushining / sand covering for under ground cable protection and consolidated and compacted with clean dry sand complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and laying 150 mm bore GI pipe light grade with all fittings laid in trenches for cable protection complete all all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and laying reinforced precast concrete cable cover class EHV type-1 with peak of flat size 450mm x 230mm x 50mm complete in trenches all as specified and directed.

S& F Cable route indicator for HT, brown colour, 6mm thick CI plate of size 100 mm dia welded to MS angle iron 50x50x6mm embedded in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 block size 150x150x 160 mm complete duly embossed with "MES HT Cable" on the route of cable with PCC foundation all as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: - Cost of of earthwork, PCC foundation painting the route indicator slabs with red color synthetic enamel paint deemed to be included in quoted rate .

Supply, fixing and erection of steel tubular swaged poles complete with MS base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-55 ( 11 Metre long) as per relevant IS specification including two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer and including making alternate red and black strips 30 cm height ( total 5 Nos) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps, eye hook and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including pole clamps, stay clamps, D clamps nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable for in door termination cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE, armoured, aluminium conductor cable of size 95 Sqmm all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable for out door termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE, armoured, aluminium conductor cable of size 95 Sqmm all as specified and directed.

S & F HT outdoor type gang operated air brake switch suitable for horizontal or vertical mounting rotating type with 12 nos insulator tilting type for current rating 600 Amps,11000Volt complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix lightning arrester, expulsion type complete with all fitting transmission class ,discharge capacity 65 Kilo Amp 11000 Volts rating including dismantling old unserviceable lightning arrester complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

19. M & L for Anti-climbing device; spikes type fabricated out of M.S. bars (round, square and flat) including nuts, bolts, washers and welding in two halves made to shape to suit the cross section of the HT electric steel tubular swaged pole complete all as specified and directed.

20 M & L for Danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for HT, 25x20cm size complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for Earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 600mmx600mmx6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m deep below normal ground level, connected with GI earth strip of size 32 x 6mm as earth lead up to test point by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts protected by and including GI pipe 40 mm bore (light grade) and connected to main test point as directed and including concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1, precast RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 cover slab 30cm x 30cm x 10 cm, reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars @ 100 mm C/C both ways with one handle for lifting, made out of 8mm dia TMT bar embedded in pre cast cover slab, funnel, wire mesh, 20mm bore GI pipe (medium grade) for watering, charcoal and salt in alternate layers, including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil complete all as shown on Electrical Plate No 3 of SSR Part-I, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Rate quoted by tenderers shall be deemed to include for following provisions:- [i]. Excavation & earth work in any type of soil including removing of surplus material upto 50 M.[ii]. PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in pit & 40mm thick precast RCC 1:2:4 type B1 cover 30x30 cm with 8mm TMT bars @ 10 cm C/C both ways with handles.[iii]. Main earthing strip from earth electrode to test point upto 7.5 mtr.[iv]. Funnel with watering pipe [GI pipe] 20mm bore [ISI marked] medium grade & copper lugs, charcoal & salt as reqd.[v]. GI protection pipe of size 40 mm bore light grade 7.5m.

Supply , installation, testing and commissioning of Scada Compatible indoor type vacuum circuit breaker of 3 panel Switchboard ( 1 incomer & 2 Outgoings) with posibility of future extension at one side,capacity 11 KV, 630 Amp, 3 Phase, 3 wire, 50 Hz, having a rupturing capacity of 250 MVA at 11 KV , 26.3 KA breaking capacity for 3 sec, totally enclosed with extended Copper bus bar of 630 Amps for each phase, metal clad, Indoor extensible type , flush front, Horizontal isolation, Horizontal drawout type with Electrical and Mechanical interlock and automatic safety shutter gear including padlocking arrangement, isolation plugs, assambly of 3 vaccum interrupters (Should be VCB manufacturer's own make) , with each pole individually encapsulated by epoxy insulations to make it dust proof and self - aligning finger type isolating contacts, truck having integral racking with necessary interlocks (for insertion and removing of VCB), manual and automatic motor charged independent closing/ tripping spring , trip free operating mechanism with closing and tripping push buttons and mechanical breaker ,interconnected with HT sleeve (PVC not accepted) Copper bus bar of 630 Amps ,including all protection, indication, Operation, monitoring and control and accessories as per the specification.:-- VCB 630 Amps for Incomers, Outgoing. VI of VCB should be sealed for 30000 operation having current rating 2000A. VCB operationg mechanism should be of M2 duty for minimum 10000 mechanical operation. - VCB should have inbuilt spring charing handle. - Closing & tripping coil of VCB should be of continious rating to achive minimal failure. Resin Cast type CT having Ratio: 100A/ 1-1 A, Core1: 5P20, 5 VA; Core 2: 0.5, 5 VA (for Incomer). 50A/ 1-1 A, Core1: 5P20, 5 VA; Core 2: 0.5, 5 VA (for outgoing). VT Ratio: 11KV/1.732/110V/1.732/110V/1.732, -Core 1: 0.5, 20VA ( only for Incomer) Numerical relay (should be VCB manufacturer's own make) having protections of 50,51, 50N,51N,TCS.

M & L for plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) for foundation of poles, Stay assembly, struts, etc. including all necessary formwork complete all as specified & as directed.

M & L for plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate)as in coping of poles including all necessary formwork complete all as specified & as directed.
