Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets, fillets etc & existing electrical wiring, and removal of debries from site complete all as specified and directed.

S&F solid PVC wall panelling consisting of 5mm thick wood grain finish PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame as per specifications, complete all as specified.

S&F 5mm thick PVC sheet fillet of width 35mm for wall paneling inclusive of fixing on to wall to make PVC frame as per specification, complete all as specified

S&F solid PVC lipping of 2mm wood grain finish PVC sheet is heat bent as as liping on the edges of doors, windows & other edges inclusive solvent cement and fixing at site, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for exposed GI frame/ grid system duly powder coated for module size of 600 x 600 mm suitable for lay-in aluminium/ metal/ mineral fiber ceiling ties having main T runner of 24mm size, suspended at 1200 mm C/C and cross T runner of 24 mm size, suspended at 600 mm C/C with interlocking arrangement to form grid of 600 x 600 mm , perimeter runner/ channel of 15 mm size, main and cross T runner supported by 4mm dia GI rod from slab/ roof, wall angle etc with and including all fixing accessories and making good of disturbed wall surrfaces with POP and one coat of oil emulsion distemper, as required to match the existing surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for metal false ceiling, lay-in type, 0.5mm thick having tegular edge profile , duly powder coated, perforated type with glass fiber acoustic fleece, suitable for false ceiling grid/ frame module of 600 x 600mm size, complete all as specified and directed. (Note : The grid/ frame shall be measured and paid for separetly).

Dismantling boarding any description, fixed in any position with screws, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for wooden flooring, laminated wooden type made of high density fibre board (HDF board), comprising of tongue and groove interlocking type of planks of size 1210mm x 193mm & 8mm thick, commercial grade, abrasion resistance of AC-III category, with and including all fixing material i.e. chemical adhesive, base strip/ fillets etc veneered and matching top beading etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing the existing chairs and refixing the same after the flooring work is completed, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Rate for removing the chairs and refixing the same are included in this item.

Taking down old unserviceable point wiring with and including existing conduit / batten type (light, fan, socket or power point) complete such as tube light any type switches, ceiling rose, pendent holder, regulator and socket etc and removing the material from site with chasing and cutting surface of wall / floor/ ceiling etc complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Tube light taking down be carefully and Keep in Safe custedy for re-use.

Taking down existing sub main wiring aluminium/copper 4/6 sqmm, including existing conduit, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for point wiring complete with 1.5 Sq mm (nominal area) FRLS PVC insulated un-sheathed and stranded copper conductor cable ISI marked including cutting and chasing and PVC concealed conduit ISI marked of size 20 mm bore medium grade and PVC conduit fittings such as tees, bends, elbow, reducers including FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed 1.5 Sqmm copper earth wire, connecting to common earth dolly with and incl Metal flush box of suitable size for fixing modular switches/sockets/fan regulator of any type etc and making good surface as original by plastering and whitewash/ colour/ distemper etc, complete all as directed for one light point / fan point / exhaust fan point / bell / buzzer controlled by one 1-way switch 6 Amps. (Note : The cost of any type Metal boxes and any accessories like cover plates etc will be included in quoted rate.)

S&F in repair wall mounted LED batten with polycarbonate housing and initigrated electronic drive 20 watt fixture 4 feet provided for efficient heat dissipation with polycarbonate diffuser and integrated electronic driver and all accessories pre-wired including connecting up with twin core flat flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair surface/ ceiling mounted LED panel type of size 2ft x 2ft, 36W, 230V, 5700K complete with driver having precisely designed decorative PMMA diffuser LED panel with CRCA powder coated white housing complete with all accessories required for connection and making good the disturbed ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement Sub main wiring concealed with 4 sqmm (Nominal area) with two runs of single core cable PVC insulated FRLS multistrand unsheathed copper conductor cable including 1100 V grade, drawn through Conduit including 4 sqmm (nominal area) single core PVC insulated multistrand unsheathed copper conductor as earth wire and duly connected to all common earth point complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair sheet metal enclosure distribution board, single pole and neutral, AC, 240 volts, with 200 Amps rated copper bus bar 12 Way and metal door with IP - 43 & IK 09 protection along with cable end box for DB and flush to wall including all cutting etc in wall and making good to the disturbed surfaces to match the existing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair sheet metal enclosure distribution board triple pole and neutral (VTPN), AC, 440 volts of following ways with 200 Amps rated copper bus bar 8 way and metal door with IP 43 & IK 09 protection along with cable end box for DB and flush to wall including all cutting etc in wall and making good to the disturbed surfaces to match the existing complete all as specified and directed

S&F in repair MCCB 4 pole, 415 Volt 125 Amp, 36 KA breaking capacity adjustible type, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair MCB SPN, AC, 240 volts of 63 Amps capacity "C" curve, 10 KA breaking capacity and making connections by using suitable copper lugs complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair MCB, SP, AC, 240 volts of 6 to 32 Amps capacity "C" curve, 10 KA breaking capacity and making connections by using suitable copper lugs complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of MCB protected modular AC/Geyser box complete with and including 6 pin socket, plug top, modular cover plate, mini MCB SP 20 Amp capacity and PVC gang box etc, complete all as specified and directed.
