Supplying and fixing of Unplasticised Poly Vinyl Chloride (UPVC) (FENESTA / casement doors openable shutter - 60 series duly manufactured using UPVC reinforced profiles of 60mmx 56mm x 2.25 mm for outer frames, 102 mm x 60mmx 2.25mm for casement Door Sash Profile and 74mm x 60 mm x 2.5 mm mlullion profile capable of mounting single glazing system, structurally reinforced with hot dip galvanized upto 50 microns of minimum thickness of 2.0 mm prefabricated and welded through fusion welding the Door sash shall be fitted with 12mm thick WPC board of greenply make duly fixed with EPDM weathering seal resistance and accessories like closing looking system made of aluminum 1 No per set of sashed and the system is to be installed at the site using anchor fasteners, silicon rubber sealant, easy glazing / deglazing at site etc.including cost and consveyance of all materials accessories labour charges, materialsn and product conforming to ASTM D 638-14, EN-477-95 and other applicable codes and standards as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting two coats with any approved plastic emulsion paint over a coat of primer to interior wall surface including cost of all materials and labour with T&P etc complete in all respect and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge

Providing, fitting, fixing up partition walling OEL aluminium anodized section No. 9210 and 9207 as single groove and double groove respectively as horizontal and vertical member and OEL section 4660 as Tapered clip for fixing up 12mm thick pre laminated board and jointing angle No. 1855 including all fitting ,cost of all materials, taxes, labour, T&P etc. complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

Providing & fixing Plain Gypsum board ceiling suspended from roof by adjustable G.I. ceiling angle with spread at a distance not more than 600mm fixed to roof by Rowl Plug & stiff cleat, Gupsum board 12.5mm thick held by G.I. perimeter channel MF-3 & intermediate channel MF-7, framing, boarding, jointing & finishing with special type of gypsum compound etc. including cost , conveyance & taxes of all materials, labour with T&P etc. complete in all respect as per the direction of the E-I-C.

Providing, fitting, fixing of Unplasticised Poly Cholridge UPVC casement sliding window three track shutters sliding series 60 series duly manufactured using UPVC reinforced profiles 80mm x 52mm x 2.25mm for outer frame 54mm x 38mm x 2.25mm for sliding shutter frame capable of mounting single glazing system structurally reinforced with the hot dip galvanised of 50 microns of minium thichness of 1.2 mm profabicated welded through fusion welded the eindow sash shall be fitted with 6 mm thick clear coat glass of reputed make duly fixed with EPDM weathering seal resistant and accessories for casement window friction stay hinges of stainless steel grade 304.2 Nos. per sash, handle with mazak alloy casting 1 No per sash, multipoint locking system suitably concealed 1 No. per sadh provied with raiser vedges for smooth operation and the system is to be installed of the site using anchor fasteners, silicon rubber sealant easy glazing / deglazing at site etc. complete, including all fitting, cost & conveyance of all the materials, accessories, labour charges for transportation, errection at site with templates for casement sizing complete for finished item of work and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting two coats of enamel paint with any approved paint to new/old iron or wood work including cost of all materials and labour with T&P etc complete in all respect.

Fixing of Vetrified Industrialtiles in floors, Trades of steps & Landing with with cement morter(1:4) with pigments to match the shade of the tiles, including rubbing & polishing etc. complete including cost, conveyance, taxes & royalties of all materials, labour with T&P complete in all respect.

12mm thick cement plaster in cm (1:6) finished smooth to brick masonry including watering, curing, cost, conveyance, taxes, royalties, labour with T&P etc. complete in all respect.

Dismentalling & Removing 2.5cm thick artificial stone flooring including stacking the useful materials for re-use and removing the debris with in 5 km lead including cost of all labour with T&P etc. complete.

Fixing of Vetrified tiles 600mm x 600mm in floors, Trades of steps & Landing with with cement morter(1:4) with pigments to match the shade of the tiles, including rubbing & polishing etc. complete including cost, conveyance, taxes & royalties of all materials, labour with T&P complete in all respect.
