Earth work deploying earth moving machineries for desilting channel and forming bund on either side depositing the earth on banks including jungle clearence etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Departmental Officers.

HGS-SS20B-Earth work excavating and depositing on bank with a initial lead of 10 m & initial lift of 2 m in Hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth, shales, murram, gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with small size of boulders.

Refilling the excavated earth in layers not exceeding 23cm thickness and watering to OMC (Optimum Moisture content) and compaction of each layer to 95% of proctor Density through deployment of appropriate compaction equipment (8-10T power roller) vibratory power roller of short width ( 0.90m width drum) power roller or vibratory power roller/fuel operated or electrically operated, vibratory plate compactors, ensuring compaction of designed bund section including side slopes etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Departmental Officers.

Earth work excavation for foundation in Hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth, shales, murram, gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with small size of boulders and hard red gravelly soil depositing on bank including shoring, strutting and bailng out water wherever necessary and refilling the sides of foundation with excavated soil other than sand in layers of not more than 15cm thick, well rammed, consolidated and depositing the surplus earth in places as shown by the departmental officers with an initial lead of 10metres and initial lift of 2metres and clearing, levelling the site etc., complte complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and filling with CS sand of each layer not more than 15 cm thick including consolidation etc complete and as per the technical specifications directed by the Engineer in charge of the works For sluices, weirs sand retainig wall etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Departmental Officers.
