Material and labour for designing , installing , testing and commissioning of On grid roof top solar power generating system BIS certified, MNRE approved mono crystalline PERC 144 half cut cells solar PV module/panels suitable for installation on roof tops with each panel having capacity not less than 540Wp complete with poly carbonate junction boxes, having sufficient number of fused incomers and outgoing terminals (positive/negative) suitable for 4 Ssqmm cables copper conductor multistranded (solar cross linked poly olefin cables double insulated , UV resistant halogen free low smoke ) from panel to panel all as directed. All modules will have minimum 20 years OEM linear output warranty with IEC 61215-1-2016,IEC 61730-2-2016,IEC 62759-1 & IEC 60068-2-68 and IEC 61730-1-2016 test certificate. Note:- (i) Solar panels and Solar cells will be made in India make only. (ii) Any other item required for proper function of system shall be provede and same is deemed to be included in quotwd rate.
Supply and install pre fabricated roof top solar panel mounting structure suitable for On grid roof top solar power generating system made of hot dip galvanizedsteel angles/channels/flats including nuts/bolts and washers or welded, suitable for wind resistance upto 80 m/s and loading capacity of 10-30 Ton including necessary foundation block at suitable points to provide for a stable robust support ofsuitabler size including foundation of plain cement concrete 1:2:4 (using 20mm crushed stone aggregate) of suitable size for suitable stability & bonding with existing structure. NOTE - (i) All Materials Make shall be approved as per MNRE/BIS . (ii) Any Other Component as required for efficient function ofstructure is included in the above quoted rates. (iii) PCC (1:2:4) (using 20mm crushed stone aggregate) of suitable size shall be used in foundation but not less than 1 per sqm of size not less than 300mm dia and 300mm high.
Material and labour for designing , installing , testing and commissioning of Data Logger with Online Monitoring Portal suitable for 200 KWp On grid roof top solar power generating system all as specified and directed.
Supply and install BIS approved IP- 65 rated on grid string inverter, natural cooled, suitable for ambient temperature range 0 to 60 deg Celsius, 50/60 Hertz frequency, with anti islanding features, having three phase AC output with inbuilt surge protection devices, Anti reverse power controller, fuse protection, DC/AC switches, LCD display for generating data, Wifi/GPRS data logger, multiple MPPT for optimum generation, wide input voltage range, efficiency not less than 90% etc for capacity range not less than 40 KW and upto 75 KW, all as specified and as required at site. Note - (i)Capacity of Invertor shall be decided at the time of Design Approval by GE. (ii) Inverter will be fixed on wall with galvanised canopy of suitable size to ensure the protection from direct contact of sun rays & rain.
Supply and fixing ACDB – Outdoor type,IP66,double door, IP66 Protected, Field ACDB Panel with following:- (a) Incomer - 415V, 4P, 100A,25 KA MCCB – 1 No(incomer from one invertor) (b) Outgoing - 415V, 4P, 100A,25 KA MCCB,adjustable type - 1 No ( outgoing to LT Panel) (c) Copper Busbar of 4P, 150 A (d) Outgoing feeder with Type I and Type II SPD ,4 Pole of capacity T1+T2- Iimp 8 KA/Pole Imax-32 KA (e) MFM Meter with suitable CTs (f) Double compression Glands for Input and output (g) Enclosure CRCA Powder Coated PU Paint (h) All Input and Output lugs (Cu & Al lugs as per cable type)
Supply and fix DC distribution boards(Array Junction Box) ,IP66,suitable for roof top solar power generating system of rating not less than 40KW, 1000 volts, 8 incomer and 8 outgoing with DC surge protection device 1000 V ,DC fuse and MCBs for string network. The DB will be having terminals suitable for 4 Sqmm copper conductor cables and the enclosure for the DB shall be made of powder coated MS with IP66 protection all as specified and directed.
Supply and fix Solar power isolation LT panel double door IP65 made of powder coated MS sheet steel with necessary MS angle iron frame made of 40x40x4mm duly painted with one coat of primer and two coats of synthetic paint including necessary PCC foundation. The panel board shall have the following switchgear enclosed within :- (a) MCCB TPN 100 Amps 25 KA rating – 05 Nos ( as incoming from ACDBs) (b) Copper busbars TPN 415 volt, 600 Amps rating (c) MCCB TPN 400 Amps 36 KA rating – 01 No ( as outgoing ) (d) Zero export device (e) DG synchronisation device (f) Energy meter for measuring solar energy output with CTs (g) Digital ammeter/voltmeter panel (h) Cable glands for armoured LT cables (i) Surge protection device ,4 Pole Type I and Type II of Capacity ,8 KA/Pole max 32KA
Supply and fixing Perforated GI cable tray of size 300 mm width of Minimum Thickness 1.6 mm with cover and accessories with fittings (channel, fasteners, anchor bolt) all as specified and directed.
Supply and fixing Perforated GI cable tray of size 100 mm width of Minimum Thickness 1.6 mm with cover and accessories with fittings (channel, fasteners, anchor bolt) all as specified and directed.
Supply and laying HDPE Pipe UV resistant 75 mm bore with accessories for DC cable laying all as specified and directed.
Supply and fixing UV protected XLPO Solar Grade copper Cable of size,PVC insulated 1 Core 4 Sqmm with DC Connectors (male & female) pair MC4,650 Volts rated all as specified and direcetd.
M&L for 3.5 core XLPE Multi strandard copper conductor cable of size 35 sqmm,1100 Volts,armoured complete all as specified and directed (For connecting inverter to AC DB and AC DB to LT panel )
M&L in earthing complete with galvanised steel pipe electrode of size 40 mm bore,medium grade,2.5 meter length, buried directly in ground in bore 350 mm dia verticalIy to a depth not less 3.2 meter below ground level with top edge of the pipe not less than 60 cm below normal ground level connected to galvanised earth lead Strip 25 x4 mm by means with welded joints, bolts, nuts ,check nuts and washers protected by Gl light grade pipe of size 40 mm dia and connecting up with the lightening arrestor,Invertor as the case may be upto a maximum distance of 7.5m away from the earth electrode including test point junction, excavation, earthwork, PCC Chamber, RCC Cover(Yellow painted) with handle , watering pipe 20mm dia GI Medium grade with funnel and wire mesh, Charcoal dust,salt,Mild steel Earth pit identifier board writing the earthing result ,date of test all as per plate no.2 of SSR 1991 and as directed by Engineer in charge.Note:-Boring charges are included in the above quoted rates.(DC DB-2 Nos,AC DB-2 Nos,Inverter-2 Nos,MMS-6 Nos,LT panel-2 Nos)
Supply and fix Rubber Mat of size 2 Mtr x 1 Mtr of Thickness 2 mm, ISI mark, all as specified and directed.
Material and labour for earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall with suitable insulator on batten or recess or chasis or buried in ground or drawn in conduit / pipe or any other indicated situation for and connecting to test point terminal block with GI strip of size 25 x 4 mm complete, all as specified and directed.
Supply, laying, jointing & testing, XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty electric LT UG cable with multi stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade laid in trenches or in duct/passed through pipes or fixed to wall/poles etc cross sectional area of size 240 sqmm 3.5core complete all as specified and directed.
Excavation in trenches in soft /loose soil not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre deep for laying of cables etc, getting out and forming bottom surface to required gradient complete, all as specified and directed..
Returning filling in including spreading, leveling Watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm, all as specified and directed.
Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point all as specified and directed.
Supply and spread ribbed soil in trenches, as in cable cushioning all as directed. Note :- Punned thickness will be considered for payment.
Brick protection cover on cable with sub class 'B' brick, laid dry and flat adjacent to each other complete all as specified & directed.
Cutting PCC/ road thickness upto 150mm for laying of cable complete, all as specified & directed..
Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for pathways / pole coping all as specified and as directed.
M & L for G.I. tubing light grade of size 50mm bore for protection of cables to be laid under roads, crossings/culverts complete all as specified and directed.
