Erection of steel tubular or rail pole strut in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size ) foundation including excavation and refilling and secured with holding clamps, bolts, nuts, etc. as required.

Supplying and erection of stay set complete (galvanized) with 19/20 mm dia X 1.8 meters long stay rod, anchor plate of size 45 cm X 45 cm X 7.5 mm, thimble, stay clamps, bow tightened, 7/ 4.00 mm dia G.I. stay wire and strain insulator etc in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size ) foundation including excavation and refilling etc. as required.

Erection of ACSR (wolf) conductor of 7/2.11 mm to 7/3.00 mm diameter including binding etc. as required. (3 x 150 Mtr X 0.726 =326.7 kg.)

Supply of 6 SWG GI wire

Erection of G.I Wire, 8 SWG in 33 kV overhead line including drilling, binding etc. as required.

Dismantling of over head lines comprising of copper/ aluminum over head conductor, G.I. wire, cross arms, insulators etc. as required. (Conductor 300 kg, Insulator & Cross Arm= 100 kg.) (Total=400 kg.)

Dismantling of pole/ street light standard/ strut embedded in cement concrete foundation etc. as required.

Supplying and erection of a set of three 11 KV disc insulator for 33 KV over head lines with galvanized insulator fittings, ball and socket type and complete with galvanized strain clamps, bolts, nuts, washers etc. as required.

Supplying and erection of 33 KV pin insulator complete with large steel head G.I. pin, nuts, washers etc. as required.

Supplying of two lengths of channel iron 100 mm X 50 mm X 6 mm (9.56 kg per meter) double pole cross arm for three wire 33 KV over head line conductors complete with through bolts and nuts for clamping to the poles, 50 mm X 6 mm M.S. flats welded on one side to the channel iron and with bolts and nuts on the other side for tying the cross arms together, including drilling holes for insulator pins/ fittings, bolts, nuts, washers etc and painting with primer and finish paint as required .

Erection of Double pole / Single pole 3 wire / 2 wire cross arm for 11KV/ 22KV/ 33 KV over head lines as required.

Providing and making steel pole collar with cement concrete (1 cement: 3 coarse sand : 6 stone aggregate 20mm) of specified size and shape including form work, plastering if required, curing etc as required. (volume of pole/ pipe not to be deducted)

Supplying and erection of a set of cross bracing FRLSame work for 33 KV over head line double pole structure having four members fabricated out of 65 mm X 65 mm X 6 mm angle iron to form a rectangle of minimum size 2400 mm width X 2800 mm height complete with 50 mm X 6mm M.S. flat iron clamps, bolts and nuts including drilling holes for insulator pins, bolts, nuts, washers etc and painting with primer and finish paint as required .

Supply of 6 SWG GI wire for making cradle guard.

Supplying and erection of single piece nonlinear resistor type lightning arrestor suitable for 3 wire, 33 KV overhead lines with rated voltage 30 KV (rms) with a nominal discharge current rating of 10 KA (station class) and complete with galvanized clamping arrangement, G.I. bolts, nuts, washers etc. as required.

Earthling with copper earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 3 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 meter long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Supplying and laying 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip at 0.50 meter below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of brass nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm)

Earthling with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 meter long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Laying of one number additional PVC insulated and PVC sheathed! XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size direct in ground in the same trench in one tier horizontal formation including excavation and refilling the trench etc as required, but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering. (Up to 35 sq. mm)

Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of following capacity End Feed Unit made of 1.6mm thick sheet steel enclosure duly painted with powder coating to existing rising mains complete with TPN disconnector FSU and HRC fuses, mounting stands, cable end box, brass compression gland, connections, earthing etc. as required.(200 A TPN)

Supplying and fixing metal box of following sizes (nominal size) on surface or in recess with suitable size of phenolic laminated sheet cover in front including painting etc. as required. 250 mm X 300 mm X 100 mm deep

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminum lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminum conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. (3 X 25 sq. mm (25mm))

Supplying, filling, spreading & leveling coarse sand of size range 1.5 mm to 2 mm in recharge pit, in required thickness over gravel layer, for all leads & lifts, all complete as per direction of Engineer -in-charge.

Supplying, filling, spreading & leveling gravels of size range 5 mm to 10 mm, in the recharge pit, over the existing layer of boulders, in required thickness, for all leads & lifts, all complete as per direction of Engineer-incharge.

Brick work with Fly Ash Brick (230x115x75 mm size) bricks of class designation 10 in foundation and plinth in:Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete. (For making structures mentioned in Drawing S-1 to S-4, SS -1, SS- 2, SSS-1 & GOAB Base )

Providing and fixing bolts including nuts and washers complete.

Painting with aluminum paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade (Two or more coats on new work)

Excavating trenches of required width for pipes, cables, etc including excavation for sockets, and dressing of sides, ramming of bottoms, depth up to 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil, and then returning the soil as required, in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering, etc. and disposing of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m : (Pipes, cables etc. exceeding 80 mm dia. but not exceeding 300 mm dia)

Constructing masonry Chamber 60x60x75 cm inside, in brick work in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) for sluice valve, with C.I. surface box 100mm top diameter, 160 mm bottom diameter and 180 mm deep (inside) with chained lid and RCC top slab 1:2:4 mix (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size ) , i/c necessary excavation, foundation concrete 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 fine sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and inside plastering with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) 12 mm thick, finished with a floating coat of neat cement complete as per standard design. With common burnt clay F.P.S.(non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift up to 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. (All kinds of soil.)

Supplying and filling in plinth with Jamuna sand under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for : Foundations, footings, bases for columns

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:1½:3 (1 Cement: 1½ coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Providing and fixing mild steel round holding down bolts with nuts and washer plates complete.

Providing & fixing of 33 kV, 400 A, Flat type, Double break with flat moving Brass contacts 3 phase GOAB switch with heavy duty GI operating rod (8 mm thick or above ) for operating height 8-10 meter (with all accessories, socket, clamp etc)as per requirement.

Providing & fixing of 3.3 kV, 800 A, Flat type, Double break with flat moving Brass contacts 3 phase GOAB switch with operating height 5-8 meter (with all accessories, socket, clamp etc)as per requirement.

Providing & fixing of oil cooled 33 kV Current Transformer of ratio 800-400-200/5-5-5, Burden 15-30 VA over the CT structures of field substation as per requirement.

Providing & fixing of oil cooled 33 kV / 110 V- 110 V, Burden 15-30 VA Potential Transformer over the PT structures of field substation as per requirement.

Supply & Making of suitable electro fusion joints as per requirement in 160 mm Diameter PE 100 HDPE pipe as per requirement.
