The tenderer should be a manufacturer who must have manufactured, tested and supplied the equipment (s) similar to the type specified in the ‘Schedule of Requirements’ up to at least xxxx % of the quantity required in any one of the last 3 years. The equipments offered for supply must be of the most recent series models incorporating the latest improvements in design. The models should have been released on or after xxxxx and be in satisfactory operation for xxxxx months as on date of tender opening. Certificates to be provided as per Section XII of Tender Document.

In case of authorized representative/dealer of a manufacturer - The manufacturer furnishes authorization in the prescribed format assuring full guarantee and warranty obligations as per General Conditions of Contract and Special Conditions of Contract. Manufacturers Authorization Form to be provided as per Section XIII of Tender Document.

In case of authorized representative/dealer of a manufacturer - The tenderer, as authorized representative/dealer , has supplied, installed and commissioned satisfactorily at least xxxxx % of the quantity similar to the type specified in the Schedule of Requirements in any one of the last three years which must be in satisfactory operation for at least xxxxx months on the date of tender opening. Certificates to be provided as per Section XII of Tender Document.

The legal status, place of registration and principal place of business of the company or firm or partnership.

Details of experience and past performance of the tenderer on equipment offered and on those of similar nature within the past three/five years2 and details of current contracts in hand and other commitments.

A detailed description of the essential technical and performance characteristics of the goods.

A list giving full particulars, including available sources and current prices, of spare parts, special tools, etc., necessary for the proper and continuing functioning of the goods for a period of two years, following commencement of the use of the goods by the Purchaser.

The manufacturer/supplier should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in supplying scientific equipment (Soil Nutrients Analyzing Instruments) and chemicals

The tenderer participating in the tender must compulsorily submit a Performance Certificate from the concerned organization/owner. (For a minimum of 5 units).

The Make & Model and the Manufacturing Company of the items being supplied must be specified

Required soil nutrients analyzing instruments ICP-OES Autosampler with accessories and Nitrogen Analyzer with required technical specifications as per Annexure-3 attached in tender document

Regarding Specification point no. L(2) and M, they must be specified separately as mentioned in tender document (Annexure-3)

The instrument should produce test results with higher repeatability and reproducibility

The supplier shall supply the instrument along with all necessary spares required for testing samples

Any service and spares required up to three (3) years from the date of installation shall be provided by the supplier

The tenderers who qualify in the technical round are obligated to give a demonstration regarding the functioning/performance of the equipment (of the model specified in the tender) before the Tender Scrutiny Committee

A copy of the License obtained from concerned authority under Shops & Establishment Act

A copy of Authorization from the Company for signing the Tender Documents and to deal in this business, with signature attestation by the Managing Director/Director.

Details of Litigations / Ineligibility for corrupt or fraudulent practices / Blacklisted by any client as per Annexure -5

GST Registration

Proof of Income Tax Payment for the last three financial years: 2022-23, 2023-24, and 2024-25

Proof of Commercial/Sales Tax Payment.

The scientific instruments must possess an I.S.O. (ISO 9001) certificate, and a certified copy of this must be attached. The scientific instruments specified in Annexure-3 must be supplied

Partnership Agreement (If the company is a partnership firm).

The P.R.P. certificate obtained from the Department of Industries

Checklist for Technical Bid - Annexure -4 must submit

Annexure - 1, 2 and 2A

The tenderers participating must compulsorily participate for both the ICP-OES Autosampler with accessories and Nitrogen Analyzer equipment
