Dismantling structural steel work of any description and any position including doors, gate but excluding framed trusses all as specified and directed.

Dismantling CGI/asbestos cement (corrugated, semi-corrugated, etc) sheet in roof coverings etc complete all as specified.

Demolition of cement concrete (un reinforced) in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) of any description & in any position not specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition Brick work or stone/ boulder/block masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles etc complete all as specified.

Dismantling/breaking out existing cement block pavers of any description and thick ness all as specified and directed .

Excavation in post holes each n. exc 0.50Cum in hard/dense soil , getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around , in layers not exceeding 25 cm ,watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m and making good surface etc complete all as specified.

M&L for cement concrete in foundation PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone agg as in foundation filling or mass concrete for fencing post etc etc complete all as specified.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type-C1 using (40mm graded broken stone as in surface channel and drain incl. necessary form work all as specified and as directed.

M&L for extra fair forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete,using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mi-tred/stopped ends etc etc complete all as specified.

M &L for providing cement concrete type B1,1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) as in copings including formwork etc complete all as specified.

M&L for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry (1:3:6 type C1) with solid block exc 10cm in width and set in Cm1:6 all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 12.00 above but except block or slabs etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for stone walling of square rubbled masanory, regular coursed (Bangalore type) well bounded and solidity hearted built in CM 1:6 all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 14.00 above but except stones etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for TMT bars 6mm to 8mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending etc and binding with mild steel wire not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, welding etc. and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Mild steel galvanised chain links of size 100mm x 100mm, 3.15mm dia as in fencing, fixed to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts etc. including provision of binding wire all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs galvanised 2 strand barbed wire 2.24mm dia of wire and 2mm dia of barbed at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of strandre nails straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossing with and provn of galvanised MS wire staples or steel pins etc all as specified and directed.

Restringing and resecuring of existing barbed wire incl. making good staples added fixed in repairs etc etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair concertina coils 610mm diameter wire of short profile with HTGS spring corewire of diameter 2.59mm pitch between the barb 24.5mm. Tape will be hot dip galvanised upto 20 microns. Weight of each coil should be 7.5 to 8kg tape to be 0.5mm thick. Tensile strength will be 16000N/mmsqr (minimum) number of spiral turns per coil is before crimping is 18mm minimum including dovetail clips @ 5 clips per 2 spiral turns approx 125 clips per coil complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and framed and hung as gates, including pintle hinges, stops, hand-made sliding bolts, etc.similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 omplete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair mild steel, plain, black sheet 1.25mm thick as in wall cladding, steel gates and similar work, cut to size, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40 mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, mitred angles, etc. as required complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair steel rolling shutters with 1mm lath thickness, without ball bearing, push pull or manual type complete, incl top cover, anchoring rod, hasp and staple incl painting the surfaces with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one shop coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down rolling shutter, hood cover and guide channels etc complete width of rolling shutter upto 3metre, incl complete servicing, greasing, oiling and strengthening of guide channels and refixing all arrangements in proper alignments for smooth functioning all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel plain sheet .63mm thick, cut to size , made to shape of hood cover of rolling shutters , fixed in position as in repairs incl painting two coats with snthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified and directed.

S&F Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161-1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified and as directed

S&F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

Note : The rate quoted shall incl for replacing of old fittings/fixtures such as wheels, handles and locking system with new fittings/fixtures.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (40mm graded aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete type C-1, 1:3:6 (20mm granded aggregate) 75mm thick as in plinth protection, pavement etc and finished the surface even and fair complete all as specified and as directed all as specified and as directed.
