Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls, etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound @3% of weight of cement finished the surfaced even and smooth/ fair complete all as specified and directed. Note: Water proofing compound shall be measured paid seperately.

Material and labour for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 5 mm thick cement plaster 1:3 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

(ii) Demolition of concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specially provided for in any type of filling in sunken portion & cleaned the sunken portion incl vertical wall surface complete all as specified and directed. (iii) Layiong of 40mm thick (Min) PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate with integral water proofing compound as per manufacturer instructions on bottom of sunken portion with proper slope towards spout vertical sides shall be plastered in cement mortar 1:3. (iv) After laying sewage/ plumbing pipes with fixtures in position 2 coats of OMIPLAS EP-101 epoxy compound shall be applied complete all as specified and directed. (v) Test again of water tightness by pounding for 72 hours & rectify defects if any till total elimination of defects complete all as specified and directed. (vi) Spouts of 25mm dia GI pipe light grade projecting 450mm clear of face outer a wall with mosquito proof cap on inner face of pipe shall be provided to drain out seepage water including cutting holes and making good if needed complete all as specified and directed.
