Supplying, Installation and commissioning of 1HP Open well submersible pump motor set suitable for suitable for lifting of water from sump/open well to building terrace overhead tank. The pump set shall be coupled with 1 phase 1 HP motor etc as required. (M/s Kirloskar/KSB or superior approved make )

Supplying, fixing and lowering of 3 core 2.5 Sq mm flat submersible copper cable ISI mark etc as required.

Making interconnection between delivery line on the pump with the existing delivery line with suitable number of bends, unions, socket, nipple reducer, etc. as required.

Supplying and Fixing of 1 phase DOL Starter with O/L relay and enclosure for 1 H.P. Pump i/c connections and commissioning etc as reqd(M/s L&T Or Superior Make)

Supplying, fixing and lowering of 25 mm GI pipe of B class from pump to existing delivery line complete as reqd.

Supplying and Laying, fixing of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/ XLPE aluminium conductor of 1.1 KV grade armoured cable , of following size on surface / open Air / Pipe / duct etc. including termination as required .( Make :- ISI make) (a) 4 core 16 Sq mm

(b) 3.5 core 50 Sq mm

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.(a) 4 core 16 Sqmm

(b) 3.5 core 50 Sq. MM

Providing and Making raised floor CC foundation for installation of DG Set with ratio 1:2:4 ( 1 Cement:2 Coarse Sand:4 Graded stone Aggregate 20mm) including earth excavation, CC mixing , centring, shuttering, curing, plastering. The plinth should be minimum 300mm above floor level and edges protection with 38x38x5mm angle iron frame, filling of sand around all sides of foundation along with single brick work wall and disposal of excavated material from site as directed by the engineer in charge, painting of the foundation with approved colour as reqd. ( the app. size of foundation is 3mtr x 1.5 mtr x 1 mtr or as per site requirement)

Shifting and installation and Commissioning of 15 kVA/ 25KVA DG set on existing foundation, testing of DG set with artificial load complete as reqd (Shall be from any TE/BTS under Mizoram BA as per the direction of Engineer in charge).

Routine servicing of air-cooled multi cylinder 15kva or 25 KVA DG set of Mahindra make i/c cleaning, making fine calibration, tightening of nut bolts, draining out of used Lub. Oil from sump, flushing the sump, checking the engine thoroughly, removing of unserviceable parts, checking and adjustment of voltage/frequency of alternator, checking of exciter circuit, rotating rectifier assembly, tightening of all electrical contacts etc. complete as reqd.(Excluding cost of spare parts,)

Replacing of following accessories and consumables i/c dismantling faulty spares, replacing of Fuel filter, oil filter, lub oil etc. with associated works testing and commissioning etc. as reqd. (a) Lubricant oil

b) Diesel filter(pre and fine)

c) Lub oil filter

d) Coolant

S&F of 12 volt,100 AH fully charged battery at admin bldg. i/c connection, testing complete as reqd.(M/s Exide make XPRESS or SS make)

Supplying and Fixing of Meter board made of 16G CRCA sheet with 3No 100A Fuse cutout and neutral link, 125A 3 pole MCCB, 200A Bus bar, Metering compartment for fixing Energy meter, inter connection with suitable size copper wire and commissioning etc., as reqd.

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip in 40 mm dia G.I pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Supplying and Fixing of 3phase Energy meter, 0 to 30A/40A along with enclosure, inter connection with existing wire/cable and commissioning etc., as reqd.(The Meter shall be procured from the PEDM authorised out let as per the direction of Engineer in charge)
