M&L for anti-termite treatment of soil under existing floors and junction of wall & floor, using chemical emulsion @ one lit per hole, 300mm apart including drilling and plugging 12mm dia holes with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand) including white cementing and surface finishes to match the existing floors/walls all complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge as specified..

M&L for post construction ATT of voids in masonary using chemical emulsion one litre per hole at 300mm intervals including drilling holes at 45 degree and replugging them with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand) including white cementing and surface finishes to match the existing floors/walls all complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge as specified..

M&L for post construction ATT at points of contact of wood work by chemical emulsion (in oil or kerosene based solution) @ 0.50 litre per hole by drilling 6mm dia holes at a down ward angle of 45 degree at 150mm centre to centre and sealing the same with white cement including surface finishes to match the existing surfaces complete all as specified as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M & L Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc) or insulation boards/ slabs blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified.

S & F 8 mm thick hollow pvc wall lining costing of plain colour pvc sheetinclusive of solvant cement and fixing at site on pvc frame as per specifications and drawing fromed by sticking high density eps (ter grade) heavy duty with tipper strip weather proof water proof termite proof anf retardent complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 6-8 mm thick Non asbestos fibre cement building boards fixed or laid/ inserted to timber/GI/Aluminium framework with screws, 60x60 cm in size, fixed with nails to timber frame work or with staples on snap grid complete all as specified. Make : (i) Aluminum section : VALCO, HINDALCO, JINDAL (ii) Gypsum board :- GYPSUM INDAI Ltd/LA GYP ECO Board.

Taking down cement plaster on brick concrete surfaces etc including racking out joints hacking for key,scrubbing down with water etc from walls and ceiling surfaces of any description & removing debries out side of MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:4) with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement finished even and smooth without extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparing new plastered surfaces on walls stopping nails holes and applying two coat of oil bound distemper with 1 mm wall care putty all as speified

Demolition of cement concrete ( unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specially provided for complete all as specified and directed

M & L providing Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 350x 250x 7 mm/ 450X 350X 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match cement such as for skirting and dado including plastering 10mm thick in cm 1:3.

M&L for polishing of Old surfaces of Kota stone flooring, intial preparation includes grounding the surface evenly with machine fitted with fine grade blocks (No. 120) thereafter final grinding with machine fitted with the finest grade grit blocks (No. 320) carried out the day after the first grinding completed. After the final polish, oxalic acid shall be dusted over the surface at the rates of thirty three (33) gms. per square metre sprinkled with water and rubbed hard with pad of wooden rags. The following day the floor shall be wiped with a moist rag and dried with a soft cloth and finished clean.
