Operation and maintenance of Chawali Raipur Pirawa water supply schemes under sub. Div. Pirawa ,District Jhalawar

Maintenance of pipe lines irrespective of size and material which includes Repairing of Bursts & leakages pollution control , survey & removal of choking , disconnection of illegal connections , collection & recording minimum 10 Nos . Residual chlorine samples during daily supply timing interconnections and all works related to pipe line network in existing distribution / rising main pipe lines of aa sizes by digging out suitable size of pit in soft and loose soil / hard soil including cutting of Black top , WBM & CC top of road of any size at work site. This will also include cutting of pipe ends , fixing of pipe piece with jointing material to make repair leak proof and then refilling of excavated trench / pit / road shall be done properly i.e. after a layer of 20cm with proper watering and ramming in layers . For entire job contractor will use there own T&P contractor with his own resources shall be arrange de watering , JCB and tractor compressor if any and restore any amenity at his own cost damaged while performing thew work in this item . The work includes daily patrolling and repair the leakages within stipulated time and compltemaintaince of pipe line netwok of rising and distribution pipe line network within the scope of work for per KM pipe line per month . Jointing material shall be provided by the Department. Minimum labor foa a following KM pipe lines to be deployed.

1 Km to 50 Km - one fitter -II and one Beldar (BSR Kota 2020 Item No 7.1.1 )

Daily periodical operation of valves at supply times for specified by department per sluice valves per month. (valve road and cap to be arranged by contractor) 80mm-300mm BSR Kota 2020 Item No 7.5.1

Running expenditure of pumphoudes which includes complete operation of pumpmotar , maintenance of log books as directed by engineer in charge general up keeping of premises , security arrangements , Regural chemical dosing in CWR , cleaning and desilting of SR/CWR/SUMP once every six monts , daily valves operation under the campus of pump house and all other works as mentioned in scope of work in tender document for per pump house per monts power suplly minimum 16 hrs . ( excluding repairing of pumping machinery etc.) up to 100HP.Up to 100 H.P. (for operating load pirawa pump house) ESR of pirawa-15 KW(1W+1S)+ Old Pirawa Pump House 15KW(1W+1S) BSR Kota 2020 Item No 7.6.1

( excluding repairing of pumping machinery etc.) Above 100 HP to 200 HP(for operating load of Chawali intake and water treatment plant Himmatgarh) BSR Kota 2020 Item No 7.6.2

Running expenditure of pump houses which includes complete operation of pump motor , maintenance of log-books as directed by Engineer-in-charge, general up keeping of premises, security arrangements, Regular chemical dosing in CWR, cleaning and desilting of SR/CWR/SUMP once every six months, daily valve operation under the Campus of pump house and all other works as mentioned in scope of work in tender document for per pump house per month. (power supply up to 8 hrs) (excluding repairing of pumping machinery etc.) Upto 50 HP(for operating load Raipur pump house) BSR Kota 2020 Item No 7.7.1

Maintenance of Centrifugal pump sets and motar/ monoblock including cost of rewinding of motars material components and accessories required to repair pump sets ,straters etc. of electric panels deinstallation and re installation of pump sets complete in all respect for per Centrifugal pump set sheet as directed by Engineer in charge for centrifugal pump set per month. Operated load of Centrifugal Pump sets (HP)
